I got my younger brothers into magic after I returned from a deployment one of them started playing games here regularly. This was his first time venturing out into an unknown environment of people and almost instantly he felt welcomed and at home. If your nervous about starting to get into games or don't have a community or a place to play I highly recommend this store.

My sport jackets are from Salvation Army, Calvin Klein, Polo but the majority are from, you guessed it - Banana Republic. And at this location - you can catch a good sale and get one for under 50 or 40 bucks - hard to believe, I know. I also skip the front section and go straight to the sale area to see if there's anything 75 percent off, and there's often a lot of stuff to choose from. The store is very well organized and you're greeted as you enter. Note: At some outlet stores in general, you won't get greeted, perhaps they assume that you can't speak English, but that won't happen here - which is good. The fitting rooms are clean and neat and it's well organized. This is one awesome location.

I've been going here for years and this is has that small town feel meaning folks are nice and helpful. It's always clean and organized. The Starbucks up front is a welcome relief when I am shopping with my teen. Really like the redesign of the Spot's dollar section up front. I don't buy groceries here but everything else is part of my weekly trip. Well sometimes it's more than weekly depending on teen needs which never end. So glad this store is here- other stores don't always have the same selections or prices.

The employees were dismissive and completely unhelpful. Because I originally used a prepaid card that I no longer have, they refused to issue a refund to my personal credit card. Apparently, their policy demands the original form of payment, but the way they enforce it is beyond rigid and frankly vague. The manager was rude both times I tried to resolve this, and I've never encountered such inflexibility at any other store. It's just a return! These policies are getting ridiculous and the customer service here is truly disappointing.

First, let me tell you about the door greeter/customer counter, Paula! She was the sweetest,…read morekindest, and totally had us smiling the whole time we waited to get in. Pleasant and personable. Genuine small talk that made the time go by. Once we were in, we found 3 of the same style that we loved and couldn't decide on the color. We went over and asked her for her opinion. She was AMAZING!! Helpful, gave her reasonings and really helped narrow it down to 2 colors....so we purchased both! She is such a sweet person, knows styles, trends and seasons on what colors would go best for each and what occasions. Never had that kind of personable and totally impromptu service. Paula made the visit and purchase a 10/10. Please give her the recognition she absolutely deserves!
