This is towards the gamestop company and not the staff. Points expires in 3 months if you buy anything to keep it active. From what I was told last year, it was a year. Found out the other day as I wanted to use my 30k points to redeem a gift card and I couldn't as the employee told me it was 0 pts, when online it said 30k. Called the number and they couldn't do anything but told me a new policy change. I wont shop at gamestop anymore. Will only drop by when they have sales cheaper than other stores/online. Useless being a member and racking points. Also their Pro member when I was one, was pointless as I received only half the amount of the $5 gift coupons. It was also had when they sent them at the last week of the month. Never buy from gamestop online as they will send you used games which was supposedly to be "new" and wrapped. The service was good but the service is getting better. What! Yes, it's possible. The fellow helping us was very helpful. We were shopping for some birthday gifts and the store clerk was able to help me out with my rewards account. It has been terribly annoying to have to access two websites for GameStop. One for the online store and another for my GameStop rewards.The clerk informed me that this situation was no more. Awesome! I was planning on not renewing my membership but will have to reconsider. Went to by one Skylanders character for my son. The girl working behind the counter was awesome. She brought out a bag of preowned figures from the back and after showing me the characters i ended up buying like 5 of them. She also gave us a Skylanders club card that gets you a free figure once youve hit your goal. She was very easy to talk to and super nice. We will definitely be back for more games and stuff because of her. Keep up the great customer service. read more

Game stop wanted to give me 50 dollars for Forza Edition, due to the fact i did not have a plastic piece for the back of one controller and did want to give me any money for a charger they sell for 30+ dollars never going back again Very Cheap Company just sell on craigslist or any other app that is available to you via your county.
