Traded in a Nintendo Switch, 43 games, and a 24k gold brick. They gave me 14.76$ or 15.50 worth of trade value. Pshhhhh

(I'm assuming that this is the location in the mall since the other location on Zero isn't even listed; And that the red arrow points to a location near central mall on rogers ;) ) I've made a few visits at this Game Stop location, many times with friends or just alone. I was offered help finding what I needed almost overtime when the store wasn't too crowded. The place offered new and used games at reasonable prices that made me extremely happy. I once called in for information about a newly released game, the phone conversation felt a bit rushed and I sensed that the answerer wasn't really happy to give me information over the phone... After visiting the store later that day, I was simply relieved that the answerer wasn't as unhappy as I thought she was, and was rather helpful with giving me answers. The two sales clerks that I've talked to both sounded very knowledgeable. So ask away on all gaming type questions! I'm thinking that this Game Stop deserves at least 4.5 stars but since half stars are not ratable.. I decided with 4 stars. read more

Fantastic employees. I'll definitely make this my game store from now on. I expected another store full of desperate employees afraid of losing their jobs who would do anything to force sales on me, but I was pleasantly surprised by how fun to talk to these guys were. They knew a lot about games and recommended me things based on what I told them. I talked with 2 of them for a decent amount of time and ended up buying a game at a good price. I can't remember the last time I was truly treated like a person instead of a target at a GameStop. It was a refreshing experience. read more
