    The staff has led me to not want to give my hard earned money to this company…read more Today, Tuesday morning September 27th 2022, was the decider. Walked up to the door at 11am, which is the posted time of opening. Girl walked from behind the counter at the front, looked at myself and the 2 other patrons waiting to enter, and then walked to the back of the store. It's now 11:06 before she comes and opens the door. Says nothing to us, not "sorry I opened a little late", not "good morning", not "go to hell"' nothing. I make direct eye contact with her, she is maybe 3 feet in front of me, I smile and say, "good morning" in a polite tone. She doesn't respond in any way. The other customer comments on her rude demeanor and she still doesn't respond. I had come to buy some records but after this experience I decided to leave and go to a local record store to spend my money. What's the reason for this? Bad management? Bad training? Hiring the wrong people? Not everyone is suited for customer service. I understand hiring is tough right now but I'd rather see a place short staffed with good employees than fully staffed with people that don't want to be there and act like I'm annoying them by coming to the store. FYE already closed in the mall. It may only be a short time before Coconuts closes as well. Go to Space Monkey for your vinyl and Super Mega Replay next door to Coconuts for movies, games, and memorabilia. Customer Service is a dying art.

The merchandise was way over-priced, and the selection in music was wretched. They actually tried to sign me up for an $11.99 a month subscription so I could get 10% off my purchase. I have no idea how a place like this stays in business.
