PLEASE NOTE: This review is STRICTLY on the service I received at the Maple Grove Verizon Wireless…read morelocation so let's start from the beginning: We went to a local retailer that was able to upgrade my Verizon iPhone 6S. The service at this store was GREAT, but we ran into a hiccup when their POS system asked for a Verizon Pin OR Password. I provided the PASSWORD, tried it multiple times, and eventually, we got locked out of our account. We called Verizon's help center and they have THE WORST SERVICE because they don't provide SERVICE. They provide you with a scripted answer, and when you ask them questions that require them to go off script, they will just keep repeating the same answer. It got to the point where we were told that our account is locked for 24 hours and to just go into a Verizon store location. We walked into the Maple Grove Verizon location completely disgruntled after trying to get something other than a scripted answer from the help line for the past 1.5 hours and WOW! We were at the store on 11/3 at about 6pm and thank goodness GEORGE was there to help us. He listened to our troubles, explained that the PASSWORD doesn't work when upgrading at another retailed so we needed a PIN, something no one in our plan knew or was able to find and the help line did not explain to us. George was amazing and was able to find a solution for us within MINUTES - the underlying issue being that we never had a PIN to begin with because they only started implementing weeks ago....Something the Help Line SHOULD have explained to us before we spent 1.5 hours on the phone with them. tl;dr : George at the Verizon Wireless store in Maple Grove was AMAZING to work with!

I did not want to deal with a parking lot full of frantic last-minute shoppers. Luckily, I absent-mindedly drove in the wrong direction, and thanks to muscle memory and the Yelp app remembered this location. Score! I was delighted to discover that there was tons of parking, and I was even more pleased to discover an excellent selection of business books--just what I was looking for. I immediately spotted a book that I had been eyeing for a while and snagged it, then perused the other titles until I found another book that I simply had to have. Making my purchase was easy as pie thanks to a highly efficient cashier person. I saved a good chunk thanks to being a member (a great investment if you live your books like I love mine). All in all? It was a most satisfying experience. Definitely check out this location if you're in the market for gifts, too--they have a great selection of books for varied interests, and you can always find something wonderful at a great price. Don't miss their magazine section, either--it's exceptional!
