My daughter who loves Pokémon loves this place and I'm sure would spend more time here if she was allowed. The staff is helpful and are good with kids......the issue with here is the parking and getting in and out. The lot isn't big enough so I try to go here early in the morning. 5 stars for the staff but 1 star for the "we'll give you a penny for your $60 game and then sell it for 60" business model. I get it. Everyone needs to make a dollar. I understand how capitalism works. I understand how they need to pay rent but it seems quite unethical to buy these games that low and sell them that high. American arbitrage can be seen at no better place than here but yea, do NOT sell your games to GameStop unless you have clue how to use eBay or the internet in general. read more

Gamestop is like heaven for a gamer. Just about any game from the last 2 generations is there and signing for as a rewards member gets you 10% off used games. This location in particular has an extensive collection and a very friendly staff. Parking can be difficult during peak shopping times, but you can manage. If you have a video game need, make sure to stop here. read more

Can you walk in here and pretty much get any system, game or accessory you need? Probably. But unless you're a neurotic gamer who needs something immediately, you're better off shopping on Amazon. They're getting $54.99, for example, for a PS3 controller. On Amazon? $49.95. Plus if you avoid the store, you won't have to deal with the lines. This GameStop is a great place to stop by to pick up your games. The clerks are helpful and the selection of games is vast, just like any other GameStop store. The parking would be the main issue, although it is located in a shopping center and eventually there would be a spot open. It's a standard GameStop store in terms of service, but what sets it apart from the rest is their customer service. read more

HORRIBLE service. I was standing at the counter for probably 7 minutes waiting for the girl to assist me because she was occupied with something else, but I still patiently waited. A couple cut me and the girl assisted them without even bothering to acknowledge me. I know she saw me waiting and standing because she looked at me. Turns out I was waiting by the second register. Well if a worker sees you waiting, even at the wrong side of the counter, they should ask if you need any assistance. But whatever, then I asked if Gamestop still had a specific 3DS game. You know what that girl told me? That the game was sold out in all of New Jersey. She told me to go to New York. I asked again for reassurance and she told me to go to New York. Afterwards I went to Target and guess what? They had multiple copies of that game. Never ever will I go back to Gamestop. HORRIBLE WORKER, HORRIBLE SERVICE.
