The two girls that work there and the one of which is the manager are completely unable to conduct themselves in a professional manner zero responsibility, zero social skills, zero professionalism if I owned the company, they would've been terminated immediately. Worst customer experience that I have ever received from a business and GameStop does not care. read more

Well, I take no pleasure in the updating of my review for this particular business, BUT... Recently, I did some major renovations in my fun room/office in my autumn/winter house. All I needed to wrap things up was the XBOX Series X Disc Console. You know what I get--and leave with, besides NOTHING--when I went to this GameStop for said objective?????? Answer: HEARTBREAK ‍‍‍‍ Apparently, these kids who run these stores--I don't know if you CAN call them "exceptional management material" (I sure as Nine Hells can't!!!)--couldn't give me a straight answer on ANYTHING!!! The 21 yr young manager, who claimed she was having trouble with the company's computer system, didn't seem to know what she was doing. I specifically wanted a NEW XBOX Series X Disc Console... --NOT a Digital-only console, --NOT a REFURBISHED Disc Console, --& certainly NOT a PRE-OWNED Disc Console!!! Said manager tried to "sell" me a pre-owned or refurbished model, PROVIDED I do the "payment up front" thing. I was like, "no way, Jose!!!" Like I'M gonna be desperate enough to pony up $$$ first, knowing the requested item might not arrive before the next generation of XBOX is released...!!!!!! You see, this is the culmination of what amounts to the combined legacies of the failed Clinton, Obozo and soon-to-be-nonexistent Biden administrations. This is what happens when you allow MILLENIALS to jobs that they are scant qualified for, AND have little to no passion for!!! These millenials don't see customers as CUSTOMERS; they see only $$$ signs and meeting revenue quotas for "the company". I'm sorry folks, but...ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!!!!!! We don't live in a communist country where consumer shortages are "in the interest of national security and the common good of the people. NO...recently, we voted people who tried to create our country in that image...OUT!!! If GameStop millennials can't give me a straight, honest answer on acquiring what I want, then I'll just take MY business to someplace that DOES appreciate it. Basically, this being a consumer-based economy, in what is SUPPOSED to be THE Land of Plenty, I'm just standing up for my rights as a customer. If I do have ANYYHING nice "of value" to say about GameStop at this point in time, there IS still a chance for redemption whenever they have their "Buy 2 Pre-Owned Games, Get 1 Free" sales. And one other thing: That's NOT "customer service" whenever a customer calls the store, gets a pre-recorded "pixie girl" voice, telling you "...to speak to an associate, press 1...", only to get TWO rings, and THEN be told be "little Ms. Pixie ‍" that "...all associates are busy right now; call back later...GOODBYE...(click)..." read more

Employees pick and choose who the policies apply too. The female employee can be very rude and u

Came here to get a new game and the game I wanted was the nba 2k21 they had the box but didn't have the game. It doesn't make sense.

Tried returning a new unopened game system along with the games the day after I purchased it. Michael the employee refused to exchange it saying it was store policy that once I leave the store I can't return it. I called customer care to try an online return to be told by the customer care person that I am able to return the item. I went inside GameStop with the customer care on the phone for and still the employee refused to do it and said he wanted to hear it from a supervisor. Forcing the customer care rep to bring in a supervisor. All to be told that he can return the item because it is company policy which I'm sure he already knew. He then proceeded to allow people to get in front of me saying that it would take a while to do it so he has to help other people in the store first which I did not complain about. Finally one of the other customers said for him to just finish my return. He then took his time just to make me stay there allowing his line to build up as well. Looks like I will stick with online purchases for now on. read more

First off let me say Robert is awesome. My hubby called for the Kurama 6inch glow in the dark that has been a hit item selling out on every GameStop In Las Vegas and we where able to put him on hold. Even though we where barely able to go today to pick it up he was awesome on holding it for us and we where calling to reassure him we where driving from Las Vegas to Az for the funko pop. He was very professional and thank you for the hold. Hands down if we ever need another pop we would definitely drive all the way down there again. read more

This was our first visit to Gamestop which is in the Walmart Shopping Center (next to Wienerschnitzel) on Highway 95. * Great selection of new & used (pre-owned) games for all gaming systems, Wii, Wii-U, Playstation, etc. * Great selection of game pieces & remote controllers: Disney Infinity, Amiibo, Xbox, Wii, Wii-U * Good (not tremendous) selection of Pop characters, and a few Pikachu plush characters * Friendly, helpful staff It's a small store, but really chocked full of goodness. We'll be back. read more
