can someone please update the hours on this particular GameStop store? It always says it is open and whenever you go it has all the gates closed and it is never open during the designated times that it says online. Within the last five times I've tried to go to this particular location. It will tell me it is open online well beyond the hours. It's supposedly says it's opened and I will pull up to it, and the gate will be down and no one inside or they will be inside, but the gates and doors locked. read more

I wanted to buy an oculars quest so I sold my 500 GB xbox1s plus 4 controllers but they said 60 dollars for a 350$ Xbox and they also so said each controller was 8 dollars when 1 of them was a custom controller 2 wired with a blue cami which cost 30$ at Walmart and a 20 wired controller with custom grips and buttons it's safe to say These guys are just scammers I also I looked up on help the reviews and it 2.5 stars but when we got there they were nice and I was like this should be at least 4 stars but when you try to sell to them they just scam you. read more

The Guys are always helpful and know the latest games and systems on hand. If they don't have what you want, they call and ask their sister store for you that will hold for you for an hour to pick up. GREAT customer service. But don't sell items to them unless you're okay with practically giving it away. You will not get what you paid or even half that price. Better off to sell on your own. read more

Review...they are not a good store to shop if you want customer service! They were happy to sign me up for a $14.00 membership, but put in a phony email and sign in. I have over 10,000 points with them, but can't cash them in on anything, because I don't know what they signed me up under! I bought a PS3 at Xmas for my son, less then 6 months later, it locked up! Took it back to the store, and the only thing they wanted to do was sale me a "new one" for $250! I'm sure not all the GameStops are this bad, but I won't shop there anymore! The night I went to see about getting my sons PS3 replaced or fixed, the person at the desk could not find his keys, so he wasn't able to sale to the couple that was I front of me. What kind of employee goes to work, and doesn't take the keys they need to do the business they are there for? I have had better luck and service at the "big box" stores when it comes to gaming platforms. The "other" stores will at least pretend to work with me on issues, and I have never been asked to buy something that I bought to replace it at a higher cost. I think I spent $130 for the PS3, and the one they wanted me to buy to replace it was $150! What a scam. Truly saddened in what this store is all about...the money!
