One cannot find anything in this store as there is random "stuff" thrown at your face with no deals. If you are even a slight bit overweight, you will not be able to walk around in this store. The employee at checkout was one of the rudest employees I've ever dealt with in any retail setting. She kept trying to get my email address to get "coupons" sent to my email. I said no at least twice. I knew what to expect because I guess they follow a script and I heard her try to use it on the people ahead of me. She then asked for my ID when I was using my wife's debit card. We have different last names so she wasn't cool with that, so I had to use her pin number. The booksellers are awesome and will go out of their way to help you. While they can't possible know every books that is out, that are adept and finding it if it's in the store or ordering it in at no extra cost if not. Signings, talks, game nights and various other events are a common thing and they even offer books fairs to schools and non-profits to help fund them. Bookstores are quickly becoming a thing of the past but I hope our local BN stays around for years to come.
