This is basically a copy/paste of a review I left on their Google page but it isn't showing up on…read moretheir reviews outside of my Google account. I was so disappointed I thought id share it here as well. (update: went back and was looking forward to some assistance from Michael but was told he was let go. Other guy tried helping me but wasn't much help and the person claiming to be the owner was unnecessarily pushing items I don't care for on me. Kept getting the feeling like I wasn't welcomed and the entire vibe was just completely different. I'm only keeping my original statement on just to show what Im comparing my latest interaction to.) Great place to go to. I bought an HDMI converter for my N64 because of Micks or Mikes (I can't remember his name) recommendation a while ago and have never been happier. Staff really knows their stuff. Would definitely recommend this place for your retro game needs. And ask for the guy with glasses and semi long hair (sorry I can't fully remember the guys name lol) he really knows his stuff on some Japanese/anime stuff as well as the console stuff. 11/10 service here!

Overpriced items. No very much selection. They advertise Pokémon but don't sell, which I find funny…read morethey buy from other comic stores just to resale higher price. And the most of it all is the the owners and his family are SUPER RUDE! Would recommend kaboom comics or myth both located in McAllen. Would never return again. If I could put zero stars I would.

The Iphone Clinic - Phone that they Broke!

I do not recommend! They permanently broke my phone and I had to buy a new one. Please read. I went…read morein so they can fix the cracked back of my iPhone 12 Pro Max ($120) phone was working great. Took half a day and I picked it up. 3 days later it cracked while I put a new case. Took it back a month later. The manager personally did it. He opened the front screen too and noticed the battery was inflated. Gave me two options. Fix it right there and then for free or take it and come back when it doesn't work but will charge me. So I chose fix for free. He put in their battery and while in car we noticed it wasn't reading SIM card. Took it back in and he tried to figure out what's wrong but couldn't. We decided to take it to our phone provider and they said the phone was completely not usable cuz the SIM card slot was messed with. So we had to purchase a whole new phone! I thought I can at least use with Wi-Fi but it started heating up to the point it burned my hand. The battery only goes up to 10% and when charged it's so hot it feels like it will explode. Now I have a completely useless phone all because of this place! The whole battery exchange process was completely sketchy and no one told me anything the first time I brought my phone in. My phone provider told me this place that "fixed" my phone probably accidentally burned my battery and messed up my SIM card holder. If u want to save money please find any other place to fix ur phones or computers. I lost a total of $2,500 ($1,000(broken phone)+$120(screen fix bill)+$1,400(new phone).

I wish someone had warned me about this business, so writing this review to help others not make…read morethe same mistake I did. I prepaid the service, huge mistake. Do not pay up front. I have had the Worst experience ever. They tell you to come a certain day and time, don't show up at all. Business hours are 10-6. Waited from 10-11:30. No show. Next day guy says I will be there at opening. Next day comes and he's 15 minutes late. Javi, the guy I had been talking to, does not apologize for being late, nor does he even greet me when I entered. My phone was cracked front and back, but never was I told the repairs would change the dimensions of my phone, change the resolution of my screen, and completely change the color of the back of my phone. Glue is visible in the back. Try to get ahold of them to fix it, for hours they don't answer. Also left an IPad for repair. Didn't hear back over the weekend, so call on Monday, person answering says yea it's here, looks done. I said check the middle of the screen, that's where it wasn't working. He's like ohhh wait no still not done. If the tech comes in today, I'll have him call you. IF! Next day I call, they say yep now it's ready. We go pick it up, guess what? Yep! Still not fixed. Eventually they did fix it but honestly, Do not waste your time and money here, all you will get is waste of time and huge frustrations. Spend a little more and go to a decent, legitimate business with actual customer service.

Panasonic Product Renewal Center - According to Ruben Silva, this nasty purple lens flare, using lens hood with the sun out of the frame, is normal for $1500 lens.

Perfect experience…read more Our DMC-ZS40 had its lens stop retracting. I emailed the repair center in Texas, they promptly replied with info for sending the camera to them. We mailed the camera to them, they called within a week to acknowledge receipt. A week later they called with a very fair repair estimate. We authorized repair - A week late our camera arrived home - as good as new!

Answer the !@#$ phone!…read more I sent a $1500 lens to them for repair, after filling out the online service request. They received it over a week ago, but the status of the request has not changed to say that they've even received it. UPS confirmed delivery the morning of February 14th. Their 866-907-9111 number disconnected me after 18 minutes, 50 seconds. Now on the second call, I'm getting no response--just dead air. I decided to call a third time. Their system is responding this time. After about 5 minutes, 40 seconds, it rang as if the call was being transferred. It appears to have been transferred to dead air. "Due to high call volume"--I'm guessing this means that the one person on the support line is busy at the moment. If the call is so important to them, they need to find a better way. I heard from the general photo support people after sending them a message. They said that the McAllen facility was going through a system upgrade. Has it been happening since August 2013? Judging from the other reviews, I may never have any luck with resolution or repair. I suppose calling the camera store in Manhattan may help to get their attention through the Panasonic representative. Funny, the photo professionals don't seem to answer tweets, when it's not in their favor. I called the phone number again, only to find that they closed. When I didn't respond to the message in time to leave a voice message, the phone system went into dear air again. You'd think the company could afford a phone system that worked well. That makes 6 calls today, 1 voice message, 1 Tweet, 1 post on Instagram, and a partridge in a pear tree. It's amazing. At the same time that I was attempting to talk to someone, they were putting my lens in a box and notifying FedEx to retrieve it. The status now shows completed. Is that coincidence or did they match my phone number to the product and get it moving with a replacement? I got the lens today--my lens, no replacement, and no change. In the box, they stuffed an e-mail from Jorge Castillo and Ruben Silva saying that the lens flare was normal and that there were finger prints and grease/dirt on the lens, even though I had cleaned it thoroughly before I sent it to them. It's not as though I treat a $1500 piece of equipment as though it was $15. So, in the end, I wasted my money sending it to them.
