I found Mobile PC Doctor on line and contacted them. They responded very quickly and came to look at the PC the next day. I was really impressed as I'm so used to IT guys speaking over my head! Shujaat explained everything clearly and listened to my requirements. It turned out that my computer was not appropriate for my needs and I hadn't set it up properly. He advised me of the spec I should be looking for and checked the various options I sent to him. In the meantime, he took my old machine to try and recover my data. When he realised that it was about 14 years worth of client data he was determined to try and do all he could to recover it. I was so impressed with his dedication - even after I had given up he kept looking for a way to recover it and eventually found one. He then re-set my old PC and set up the new one properly. I would highly recommend Shujaat, both because of his skill and his fantastic customer service.

Their main products are available to play with and there is usually enough staff available to answer any questions you might have. I have always found them helpful. The only downside is that it is expensive, many of the products are available online cheaper. But there is a little bit of sexiness in walking out of the Apple store with one of their bags full of goodies. So I forgive them. There are plenty of haters out there but I love my Apple stuff. I have iPhone, iPad, Mac Mini and an iPod for the car. Love it.
