Great for gaming, good for comics. Super friendly owner. I love those owners who interact with the customers and wanna talk comics. Really good pricing on key issues. First appearance of punisher for $400, pretty darn good condition. Touched it but had to walk away. That's too good of a deal. The weapons wall was really cool. Really good selection of trades, nicely displayed. Loved all the display cases of figurines. We were only passing through but if we lived in the area we'd make this our go-to comic shop. read more

I went a half an hour out of my way to stop at this store. I've purchased from their site a couple times, so I figured I'd just go see the store. What a mistake that was. When I asked about some back issue comics, I was given a run around and finally they told me that they don't have it in stock. So, I gave up on that. I asked about some things I saw on the site, I was rudely told that the store is not the site. I told the employee that he doesn't need to be rude and that I was simply asking. I left promptly after that. Overall, the service was beyond awful, employees are just as bad, and so is the management of the actual store itself. read more

I would strongly urge you not to support this store. A close friend of mine was asked to do some freelance work for them, which they then took and refused to pay for. All he was asking was a nominal fee for the time he put in on a project THEY asked him to do. When I brought this to their attention politely on their Facebook page, they deleted my post, banned me, and pulled the oh-so-classy and cliche "I have a lawyer in the family and could sue you for libel" move. We all have lawyers in our families, and the good ones know that the truth isn't libel. If they treat freelancers this way I cannot imagine how badly they treat their regular employees. Apparently, they disrespect their customers as well, as evidenced by this very detailed video of the drama one went through after buying collectables from this store. This place was great. Then they started their sale and advertised a scheduled sale that they bailed on, and marked up all their back issues more than twice what they were, just to sell them for 50% off. I took a picture of the original sale advertisement that said all over their store that they would be an additional 10% off until the final week they would be 90% off. Anyway, they changed their minds after false advertising and marked up hugely. I was in there and remember seeing issues that I was interested in, that were properly marked. Today when I went in and STILL made a purchase, I asked the clerk nicely about the unethical, or shady, markups and he never even commented. All I can say is SHADY!!! read more

If you like to shop for retro video games, shop elsewhere. Prices are higher than eBay. They have just a few good games and their condition is poor with an inflated price. Not sure what's going on in the store but I think their selling pallet junk now. Is this a flea market or a game store? There's lots to look at but nothing worth the asking price. My experience with their "sales" is a ripoff. They actually raise the price so they can mark it down as a "sale". If your in there regularly you figure it out. I go in there now just for laughs. I haven't bought anything after I figured out the scam. read more
