When James booked the truck for the party, he asked if you guys PRICE MATCHED other competitors, not a discount. You said you did, which is why the price was marked down. So please stop falsifying the story. We have text proof to show the entire conversation. 2. Initially No one had any intentions of getting a "refund". All we wanted to do as tell you how your employee treated our kids and guests. But when James called you countless times and texted you to talk about what happened at the party the next day, you ignored all his calls and texts but the second we call on a blocked number, you answer. As a matter of fact, you still have not even replied to him or called him or even spoke to him ever since the event (we have text message and phone log proof). After the party my son told me that while my son (the birthday boy) was playing games, Jesse the driver took the remote from my sons hand and gave it to another kid without asking.
