The staff at CeX are friendly and seem to communicate well, making for a comfortable environment. The only issues with this store would be that the look of the interior is very unattractive and the lack of air conditioning makes for a very stuffy environment during the summer which can produce some unpleasant smells! There's just stacks and piles of stuff everywhere - I have no idea how they find anything! The staff, while knowledgable, aren't generally friendly, and they're really, really slow to serve. They're easily distracted and the wait to get to the till is long - and you'll still stand around while they chat amongst themselves, go off and do other things while they're helping you. Don't go if you're in a rush!

Sure if you're up to date with all the latest games then it might not be great as they're often the same price at new but are second hand here. But those on a budget won't be buying games on the first week or even month of release. The staff here are easy going, and the store is grungier than the new ones. I like the place, but I'm probably bias as I've been coming to this store since I was in my early twenties, and will continue to do so as long as I keep gaming.
