They wouldn't accept the job since the console had been opened in the past citing 'liability' concerns. The receptionist was rude and condescending during the encounter. This was a trial run as I planned on giving them a lot of console work in the future but I will be going elsewhere. I called another repair shop shortly after and they said they would take the job no problem and were able to essentially diagnose the problem over the phone (a solution consistent with that I explained over the phone). Perhaps Replay'd should adjust their policies and their attitude towards potential customers as they never know what opportunities may be lying on the other line.

Had a particularly unpleasant and combative experience with a tall male associate on a Friday evening with a return that prompted this review. While returning an item , I was hesitant to give out my personal info and address , and was rudely informed that "I can't bypass it sir , all stores require this, I'm not sure what the problem is " in a passive aggressive tone . Knew right then that this guy was going to be a jerk .. and the snarky remarks continued all the way to the end , where he literally encouraged me to shop at amazon instead of at their store if I was unsatisfied.. unbelievable lack of a customer empathetic sales attitude . It's unfortunate that GameStop is slowly going underwater a company , but with experiences like this , I can't say I feel bad about it anymore

When I went home and took the game out the bag I thought they double packaged the game. When I opened it I learned it was resealed in game stop packaging. And they are doing nothing to make this right.

I come here once a week to expand my comic collection with a $10-20 dollar purchase, and when I have some spare change or they get more inventory I'm happy to spend hundreds across unique/rare back issues, action figures and graphic novels. The only thing about this store that is not PERFECT is in that they do not carry a huge inventory of new releases, and that should warrant a star deducted, but they do such an incredible job across every other facet of the business that I cannot complain. Some of the staff noted me as a regular and have been super friendly in informing me of upcoming sales and events at the store - I just love it all. GREAT spot.

The comic selection is pretty great like there's tons here that you could look for hours and there's also so many other things collectibles to find here So ends the good When I say this place is overpriced I'm not saying by a small amount this place is crazy OVERPRICED asking upwards of 10-15 dollars for non key Batman legends of the dark knight books even tho you can get almost the whole run for 2 dollars a book. The condition of the priced books is also Horrendous! 20$ keys were COVERED in spine ticks but had 60$ price tags on them "uncanny x men 138" for 60 dollars when it has more ticks than a stray dog is highway robbery Lastly they have a HUGE sign outside that clearly states "we buy sell trade comics, games, cards" yet when I asked the guy if he was interested in looked at the books I brought he said "sorry our guy only does business online". So put that on your sign then Just stay away from this place it puts scalpers to shame with its prices of beat up comics

The selection is the definition of "a little bit of this and a little of that" because he is most likely to have games for the mainstream systems but the amount might be limited the more rare and niche it is but that is not the fault of the store. The value is a little over normal market price but that is okay compared to many other stores I went to which were more expensive. BUT the big problem I have with this store is the hours. I know the owner is having some medical problems but I think that these hours are way too short! I recommend moving the hours from 3-6 if you want to get the most customers in my opinion because you can get student customers who come from school after 2:00 and workers who finish their 9-5 jobs. But in conclusion the store is great but the hours is its biggest flaw.
