DONT EVER SHOP HERE. I went to sell my PlayStation 4 that was in great condition, I stopped by once…read morethat day and the worker was aggressive and yelled at me for not having a charging cord I then drove 40 minutes there and back. Later that day I came back and I was told the charging cord did not work to connect to the system so instead of using a new cord like any person who is somewhat knowledgeable they said they could not purchase it off me because "they had no idea why it wasn't working". I then went to Video Games Etc. (By Target in Cedar Falls) who instantly got a new charging chord when it wasn't working and offered me a fair price. They were knowledgeable and friendly unlike the clowns at GameStop. In my opinion this is the worst customer service experience I've ever had.

I had an excellent experience at GameStop today. We were immediately greeted the store when we…read moreentered and offered assistance. My son was looking for an older XBox One game and the employee looked it up for him. They had it in stock pre-owned at a fair price. I renewed my GameStop membership while I was there so I could continue to get discounts on games when I buy them. I was in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes with exactly what we wanted. The employee was helpful, polite and knowledgeable. Even on pre owned games I can return it within 7 days! But it won't be getting returned. The store was clean, well stocked with an attractive variety of goods.

Never again! I am pretty much done shopping at game stop. My third poor experience with this…read moremanager in the store. I can't believe someone treats people like they are bothering him when coming into a store to purchase something. It's hard when my kids love games but I don't like the way the manager treats them. I'm done!
