I recently visited GameStop and had a disappointing experience. One of the employees with pink hair was very rude and dismissive when I asked a simple question about a game. Instead of helping, she gave short answers and acted annoyed. Customer service is really important, especially in a store where people come for advice and recommendations. I hope management works on improving how staff treat customers, because no one should feel uncomfortable just for asking for help. read more

Best game shop when by the rule they have in place and got my son what he wanted. I will buy from this location again.

I have been going to this location for the past 6 years now. Lately (in the last 6-Months) I have always had an bad experience. Poor customer service, false promises, fake commitments & unwilling to assist customers. I mean, if you don't like your job, then find something that makes you happy instead of just doing it for the money. I've been an Active Pro-Member every year since 2010 when I came to USA. I went there 2 days ago. Picked out 10 games from the Clearance box, which clearly stated "Take another 50% from the Clearance Prices". When I showed up to the counter, they straight up refused to sell me the game. Their body language was such as if I was lying. When they were willing to come & check the sign, they look dumbfounded & said that sign did not belong there and they don't know who put it there and walked away instead of asking if I would still want to purchase the games or if they are willing to assist me in anyway with my selected games. They even simply dropped them back into the pile "assuming" that I wasn't going to buy it anyway. Absolutely shameful! read more

If you are coming here expect to be ignored. Walked in to the store and was ignored the entire time. No greeting, not welcoming at all. Maybe the only treat the regulars nicely. Wouldn't have waited if I hadn't promised my kid to buy her a game. read more

Terrible experience and staff. Line all the way from the register to the door and the only 2 employees were laughing it up with one customer at the front. One employee then just kept letting his friends cut to the from of the line and kept taking care of them. Waited 30 minutes and they didnt even finish with the first customer.
