One thing led to another, handle was fixed but then he had to take the unit apart multiple times because he did something else that caused another issue (he claimed he didn't do it, but it had no other issue when we called him). Long story short, after paying him $440, the microwave stopped functioning properly, shortly afterwards, I was hoping to get a few more years of usage out of this appliance. Very frustrating, I should have invested the repair funds into a new unit instead trying to use his services. He will charge you a minimum fee to come out again and I didn't want to waste another penny on his services. Learn from my mistake, just invest in a new appliance.

Mike came and his device told him exactly what was wrong in a few minutes. The power supply was busted, and he had a replacement ready. Was very friendly and told us exactly what was wrong, how cheap the quality of our TV was, how they don't build them like they used to etc... He knew all the tricks to how to remove the back without breaking anything, and was in and out in less than an hour. He did need my help due to the size of the TV to put it down and pick it back up, but he made that clear before he arrived so it wasn't a surprise. Only cost about $390, really not bad at all for a whole new power supply! He even gave us some tips on how to keep this new power supply lasting longer! Overall: he fixed the issue quickly and easily, knew what he was doing, and was friendly and informative! Will remember to contact him again the next time something happens.

But he has good reviews and just from our conversation on Yelp and on the phone, I could tell he is friendly, has experience with pixel phones, and I can trust him. Matt was so chill, friendly, and funny. But still very professional and focused. He knew my phone situation was urgent so he helped me and delayed other stuff he was working on. He has 15 years of experience! I was able to stay the whole time and watch him work on my phone. Despite how he had to talk to a few customers while I was there, he still finished on time, in 1 hour. He even gave me a discount. I think he also gave his other customers discounts? I'm not sure. But I will definitely recommend him if anyone I know has phone or laptop problems, from now on.
