I will not purchase anything from this store again. I fought with a paint pen all Friday afternoon…read morebefore giving up and deciding to return it. I took it back and selected 10 other paint to purchase. After waiting 20 minutes for the 2 managers to work in the RC department, one of them finally came up to handle the return. He smashed the tip into the paint pen for five minutes before seeing a trace of paint on the far end of the felt and declared that the pen wasn't returnable "because it's working". I explained that the tip was smashed now and he replied that the tip was already smashed. Frustrated, I told him to give me back the pen ($8.49) and take back the paint I was goint to purchase ($54.90) and that I would never shop there again. It was that simple. I then walked out of the store and promptly threw the defective pen in the trash. Such stupid customer service should not be rewarded by anyone. I would rather order online, pay shipping and wait for delivery than give this store my business again.

If it is Comic Culture it is represented here. You have new comics,old comics, nice selection to include every collectors favorite $1 Boxes. Wow, this is a great comic shop about 45 mins south of DC. I visited when I was in the area…read morebecause they indicated they had some golden age comics. Boy, did they ever. I spent about an hour looking through the higher priced comics along the front wall and finally settled on the perfect one. The store is the larger of the two they have in the shopping center. They took it over from Tuesday Morning when it went out of business. I think they indicated it was 18,000 sq feet. Probably the largest comic book store I've ever visited. Lots of comics, games, cards, toys, plush, even a video game in the back to play? They also have a sister store in Woodbridge, just much smaller.

Inside was Christmas in all its plastic glory -- pillows shaped like gingerbread men, lights bright enough to land airplanes, fake wreaths, garland that could survive a hurricane, and candy canes made of Styrofoam thick enough to stop a bullet. They had art supplies, hobby stuff, and furniture no one needed but everyone suddenly had to have. And when they came back out, bags in hand, faces lit up like the manger scene at the courthouse, you could tell -- for a moment at least -- they'd found joy, or a close enough imitation to get them through December.
