I've lived here for almost a year and never been here until this week. First I'll start with the food. I'm so glad a place still has a salad bar. So thank you for that! I selected the spinach for my greens, and the spinach was green and fresh. I can't say that for the iceberg lettuce though. It just looked dreadful. The pieces were almost white where it wasn't brown. Surely we can find better iceberg lettuce?? All the other things were good and fresh. The pizza was good too. Hot and delicious. I would've liked a thinner crust out there but still really good. The ambiance isn't too good here, kinda warehousy looking and not much decor. Oh well. The very worst thing was the waitress and girl who took our order had on pajama pants. Yes pajama pants!! Just do better!!! Sweat pants would've even been a better option! Ordered a pizza and got they put the wrong sauce on it and we had to pay delivery again to have them replace it.

Second time pizza was undercooked, no flavor, and not worth buying. Less than 3 yrs ago, this was the best pizza in Winfield.

Service Sucks!! We drive in from Arkansas City because when I was a little girl, I grew up with a Gambinoes two blocks from me. Love Gambinoes Pizza is an understatement for me. When we first came in I waited for someone else to finally come in before a staff member acknowledged me. I ordered and the pizza took some time also. My husband and I watched 4 groups of people c9ne and go so he went up to check on our order. The lady said it is coming out of the oven now. She brought the pizza and said sorry it took so long it's dinner rush. Then she walked away. Apparently she didn't hear me say it's okay because she yelled out, your welcome. Even if she did hear me she shouldn't say that. She the proceeded to go back to tell another staff that those fuckin people are rude. The used profanity to tell the other person what happened in her mind. The manager should control this attitude and if she is the manager.... She should know better. More the shame on you. read more

My daughter picked going here for her 8th birthday dinner. The pizza was good. We got the mobster pizza for my husband and I. Our kids picked a pepperoni and cheese pizza. Everyone enjoyed the food. The restaurant is spacing tables for social distancing. Not sure if masks are required since there wasn't a sign posted but we wore ours anyway. read more

Gambino's has been a regular stop for my family as the salad bar, though simple, is excellent and the pizzas are top notch. Service has always been decent. While driving through town recently we stopped in for dinner. The staff we dealt with was pleasant and as always the place was clean. Salad bar was top notch but it appeared the lettuce had been frozen in part as some pieces looked wilted. The pizza was hot and tasted great. Here's the deal, we know a lot of places are going woke. It's like for some reason suddenly every business has to meet a certain woke quota. But over all everything was good and we'll return. If they allow the wokeness to ruin the quality and service. Went into dinner on a Tuesday evening. They claim they're an Italian restaurant but they did not serve Italian meatballs nor manicotti which is on their menu the cashier was extremely unfriendly and had no idea what she was doing. You have to stand at the front counter and read a menu board above your head no printed menus. And they seem to care or not if you ate there. Would highly recommend not patronizing this business. Go to Walmart buy a meatball sub you would probably enjoy the meal more read more

Love Gambinos! We eat here often. We have 4 children and 2 adults and this is one of our favorite pizza places to eat.

Ordered carry out 3 mediums kept it simple. When my husband arrived home with our order it was very disappointing for the price we paid. We don't mind paying a lot for good food but pizza was cold, the look and taste was not freshly made and the crust was doughy/tough. We expected quality and that we did not receive in the food or by the staff who prepared it. We will not be back and do not recommend ordering from here. You would be better off with store bought pizza, at least it would be warm and pay a fraction of the price. read more

Okay, first off the customer service here is atrocious. You walk in and are not greeted at all, even if you do say hello first. However there was a sullen and bored young lady at the counter that is offended when you ask questions or choose to tip cash. Oh, but it doesn't end there, the person that delivers your food more or less drops it on your table and walks away without a word or a plate for your party members. I had to get up and go around to the closed buffet table to grab plates for my husband and myself. We ordered garlic bread (four pieces) $3.99, a small combo pizza $12.49, and two soft drinks $3.98 which brought our total to about $23. A bill like this (with good service) would usually pull a $5-6 tip from me. I left $2...and felt that was overly generous. Now on to the food. My $4 garlic bread is the garlic bread of my childhood...we were poor...until I was 20 I thought garlic bread was slices of white sandwich bread covered in butter and garlic salt then cooked in the oven. This is exactly what I got at Gambino's. I have a sense of humor, so I wasn't too deterred...until the marinara was ice cold...and pizza was flavorless. At this point, I'm annoyed by service and food, it wasn't until later that I decided I would never go back again. It's the next day and I STILL feel sick. Never. Again. Don't waste your time...buy a pizza and cook it at home, save yourself the lack of flavor, lack of customer service, money, and literal bellyache. Stay away. read more

This is the best pizza I've ever had and in my opinion this is also the best Gambinos! I do wish they would add more locations in Wichita because this pizza place is my favorite. I like to get it to go and then go eat it in the park with my hubby. read more

Tonight, we went to have dinner only to wait for 45 minutes & not receive anything to our table. When we asked for a refund, we were told our food would be another 5-10min by two staff members. People sat after us had already been served. The manager was annoyed to have to be called up to the front. Even when staff told him our food was starting to come out, he ignored them. One staff member even offered to box up one item of our order to which was ignored. The manager gave us our money & said here enjoy. I can't believe that we were treated this way. We go here often. We will be thinking twice after this. To not make sure your customers are happy or even offer a sincere apology or try to make it right, means you obviously do not care if you have business. read more

Here for lunch again. August special is 20% off thing going. I order my regular, small gluten cheese pizza. I'm expecting the 20% like the sign says. Im charged 6.99 plus tax. I said something about the price. Waitress tells me, oh you have to say something before hand. That is not what the sign says. read more

Good quality pizza buffet for lunch with a great selection. The atmosphere is nice with plenty of TV's.

Good local pizza place, tvs had movies on, sauce was herbed and good. Way better than the other chain store in town.

We went for dinner and were heavily influenced to go by the 15% off coupon we found online. My wife and I shared a small Mobster pizza and a small order of hot wings. The pizza was fantastic but the wings were a huge disappointment, they were hot but tasted like vinegar. My daughter had a small Canadian bacon and pineapple pizza and said it was really good. The staff was pleasant and the wait was normal for a pizza place. read more

I love all the toppings you can get here. I highly recommend the green olive pizza or the Canadian bacon and sauerkraut pizza. The only downside is that it's under new ownership and I think they're trying to make it healthier - something is missing in the flavor lately. It's still really good though. read more
