The crème brûlée with pistachio was honestly a great way to finish the meal. Prices were pretty reasonable for the amount of food you get, and everything came out quickly enough that we weren't sitting around wondering if our order had been forgotten. Overall a really solid spot for a group dinner. Good food, good portions, decent prices, and fast service. Come hungry your future self will thank you.

My response (for what it's worth) is that was time well spent. My husband and I ordered a Rustica and a pepperoni pizza. GUYS! The Pepperoni on the pizza is unlike any pepperoni I've ever had as well! We also ordered the Kale Caesar salad with REAL anchovy dressing. My chef husband said his impressions was centered around how good the diary products were. It's obvious they are gourmet. Another areas where I was happy was how the seasoning was on point! I can always tell a good chef is at the helm when I take my first bite and am greeted with FULL FLAVOR (which means they use salt!). Such good seasoning choices here. Needless to say I was so impressed. It's very much worth your effort and time to eat here. The service was very good, knowledgeable and kind. Chef Tim was out on the floor which was cool to see. He's got a great vibe to him. Caring (which does a long way in the services arena) and very knowledgeable. He's easy going and even tho' the place was crazy busy he was obviously in his element....relaxed. Cleaning tables. Interacting with guests. I love to see that. Makes the place feel cared for....and by proxy the guests. The wait staff were good at their jobs too. Working in the crazy with ease. A very well run place. Again, it's worth your time to go. Thankfully we don't live a long distance away from Dolomiti so we can order stuff to go. And on that note, It should be noted that the pizza was just as good (literally nothing was lost) the next morning when we ate the left overs for breakfast.

Renovated from the local grocery store, the store front in downtown (with honest to goodness original brick roads) gives very few hints about what you are about to experience. The music, the decor, open kitchen concept, the farm/family ties represented around, the intoxicating smell of their food make it a beautiful and warm bit of heaven. Super impressive craft cocktails, made with all fresh ingredients - made me wish I didn't have to drive... after 2, I was dying to try more. The pizzas are fresh, from scratch, and should be somewhere in a big city. Although they are only open on weekends at this time, they hope to expand the menu and hours. (I mean, did you see the valentines weekend special prime rib? YUMMMO!) One of the most impressive things? All of this is in town with less than 400 people! On the Saturday night we were there nearly every table was already full early in the evening. Located right in the middle of the state, in between Grand Island and Columbus, it is worth every mile you drive to get here. Go get some pizza and wings!!!!

The food is always incredible- fresh, hot, perfectly crisp pizza with both fun specialty options and classic favorites. One thing you don't want to miss on the menu is the wings! I can't recommend the sweet heat wings enough. The sauce is the perfect balance of sweet and spicy, and the breading is delicious in every bite. Honestly, I would not come here without ordering them! Looking for the perfect way to top off your meal? The Cinnamon Wedgies are dangerously addictive. They may look like a typical cinnamon dough dessert, but watch out-they are absolutely fantastic! The service was quick and on point, and the restaurant has a fun sports bar atmosphere with a great patio space. This is easily one of my favorite meals in Omaha.. you have to try it!

We were surprised when we got a message it was showing up at 4:45. Not ideal when you schedule food delivery for a certain time to get it way early before people arrived. The pizza was good tho. Nice crust on it. Mozzarella sticks would definitely order again. The kids tore through the Parmesan fries as well. I do wish they labeled the boxes on what was what as well. We had a Brian's song and a normal pepperoni and without being familiar with the place we didn't know what was what until they were bit into. Would order again just hopefully get more true timing on delivery and the box labeling would be nice. Everyone really enjoyed the pizza even my wife warmed up a slice the next day and enjoyed it. Will try it again for sure.
