Hired Relief Roofing for roof, siding, door and window repairs after a tornado in 2010. After job…read morewas completed, the new roof leaked after the first rain. They sent a team back out to fix it and repair the ceiling inside. Since that time the roof has continued to leak, and water has come through the ceiling below with large amounts of rain. I've called them back out to repair the roof with each big rain, have been told that it is fixed and then found that the roof has continued to leak with the next big rain. After attempting to reach them again this fall and having no success, I contacted another agency who came out and inspected the roof and immediately found the source of the leak from where the roof was installed incorrectly. I have shared the repair bill with Relief Roofing and have yet to receive a response.

Cabinets and door painting was good! After that there were delays in completing the job. When he…read morearrived a couple of days before Easter, he rushed through reattaching the doors to the cabinets. Some of the cabinets have gaps when they are closed. He came back to make a few adjustments. The next day I opened a cabinet door and the door came off and hit me in the head. He came back the following week with longer screws and fixed some of the doors. Some screws are still not flush to the door and we still have gaps where the hinges are. Some of the doors do not sit flat like they used too and should! Cleaning up after the job could be improved, paint was dripped onto my new quartz countertop, good thing it came off -drop cloths were not used The sad part is that he has talent! Had he taken his time, maybe revisited the hardware he used; this could have been an awesome job! He just wants to get the job done and get paid, there is no pride in the final product! It was certainly less expensive than having a new kitchen installed, but when you pay 5K, you are entitled to a quality job!
