They just needed our signature, which was done in peraon. The worst part was that they forgot to file my personal federal taxes entirely. I only found out two weeks later when I checked the IRS "Where's My Refund?" tool, and it showed they had no record of my return. Because of this huge mistake, I had to spend a lot of extra time double-checking our business taxes to make sure those were actually filed, too. This oversight caused way too much unnecessary stress. I wouldn't recommend them because they lack communication and basic attention to detail.

I work in law and scanning a document shouldn't be charged whether it's one page or 1,000 pages If their machine is slow as they claimed over the phone then why should the client be penalized then excuses it with "well my employee stood there for two hours!" So what?! That's why she's your employee that you hired to provide a service for an hourly wage. Not in my years of experience doing immigration work or personal injury work have I ever charged struggling families for this. That's not right. I can only imagine the insane amount they charge for getting your taxes done here. These are hard time for immigrant families, this is not the time to be greedy. Actually it never is the time.

That was last year and I have already gone through filing two years of taxes with their help, so I thought that this review is way overdue! I have engaged with a half-dozen individuals there, from the CEO to the receptionist, and they are all professional, friendly, and simply get the job done at a reasonable rate looking for ways to save you $$$ on taxes. I really can't recommend them enough. I know it might sound weird to find tax help on Yelp, but I am really glad I did and if you are in need of help, please give Nicole and team a call!
