They had about 20 people waiting, I waited about 1hr and a half as it is walk in and no appointments. I was able to share my documents with them and they provided a free estimate. The ladies there were helping in asking if I had documents that would help lower what was owed and also how to fill out my tax forms so that it could be more beneficial to me. They also shared that I could enroll in an IRA. I was able to get all my documents share with them my husbands documents too and all he had to do was return to just sign. Even though he showed up Saturday and it was a 2.30 hr wait. Overall ten out ten service. They were helpful! And will go to them again. Reasonable price as well.

She was prompt to help me, and assist me notarizing some important documents that would protect my dad's property. My dad was diagnosed with liver cancer six months ago, and as it is expected sent to hospice care recently. He bought a house eleven years ago, and he is the only one on the title of the house. If he passes away, my mom, will end up not only loosing him, but loosing the house they have paid and lived for all over these years. In desperation I contacted Yvonne and asked her to come over to the hospice care facility my dad is in to notarize the documents that would add my mom to the title of the house. She agreed without hesitation. In a matter of two days the problem was solved, and now my mom and my family can enjoy a peace of mind as we saved our house. If it is true, that my dad will go be with the Lord, now he can move forward knowing that his loved ones have been taken care of.
