The words "please" and "thank you" aren't in this post mistress's vocabulary. If she smiled, I fear her face might crack. Clearly she's never had any customer care training, but could definitely do with taking a course.
It's a shame that basic manners are missing from this Post Office, where customer care is definitely not on the menu. read more
