I got in the 12 items or less line with my 12 bottles of wine expecting to pay $143 dollars. The cashier could not have been more unhappy, rude and disrespectful. She offered to bag the 12 bottles, instead I asked for a box and she was unable to accommodate my request, then she rang up my order and said it was $153, I already did the math so I politely told her to double check, she explained that there were only 10 coupons. I politely told her I must have grabbed 2 bottles that didn't have the coupon, and she explained that she needs the coupon for every bottle so I had to run back to get 2 more coupons. Totally unhelpful, poor customer service.
