For the kitchen, they sent a couple painters who left nothing but good paint behind. One even spotted and communicated some aging/weathering issues we had on the wooden deck outside the kitchen glass door. That's why I booked the second job with the owner, getting some siding and the deck taken care of. They sent some different people this time, but the result was the same as with our kitchen. The owner even went through and replaced a couple railing boards that had seen better days due to a tree we have constantly dripping in the same spot. Only issue we had was with our dog (she wanted to interfere with the painters too much so we kept her in a closed bedroom while they were here), but that's more our fault than theirs.

Issues from start to finish. technically its still not finished because theres a buckled shingle they were suppose to fix and never did or the numbers we discussed over the garage door that were never installed. but I'm not surprised since they don't put the gutters where we talked about. plus stains on the driveway, removed a garage door seal, didn't tell me, then when I figured it out from the freezing garage, i was responsible for getting the 16' piece of material For an exterior company because they don't deal with garage door seals. not to mention the generic receipt for spending 38 grand. no break down on materials or labor and no tax. Just a bad experience all around.
