Full living room, kitchen, office, hallway and bath ceilings, floor boards, crown moldings, doors and trim. Responded immediately to questions and follow up issues. Highly recommend.

And go over the quotes very carefully. I didn't and on painting day found out what I was expecting was not what the painters had planned. They did work with me and got started. But then needed more money because they needed more paint. Shouldn't the professional know how much paint is required for the job? I spoke to another paint company who was shocked I was asked for more money after they were half way through the job. Do I have the option to say no? Not really, I need the job done. Also the communication between the scheduler and the painting team seems faulty, as I expressed clearly about fragrance allergies causing migraines yet no one seemed to care and arrived with cologne and scented clothing. So 5 star painting please fix that, a migraine is no joke. The photo attached is the "corrected" crown molding ... this wobbly line at the bottom is after I asked it to be redone and it's just getting worse because the guy added more caulk over the mess made before and immediately painted under it. Now I need to hire someone else.

They decided it was too windy, they were worried about overspray. They rescheduled. I appreciated that the were worried about doing a bad job. The problem surely cost them some time and money, but they finished the job for the original quoted price.

They sent a consultant to assist on our color choices, which we thought went well. This person wrote down every portion of the exterior and what color we wished it painted. The crew was to power wash the exterior (Steel siding) removing the oxidation. After they power washed, we were still able to wipe the siding anywhere, with the oxidation still present. The owner assured us they would redo this, which the painters said they did not need to do and proceeded to paint the house. Prior to starting, the painters questioned us about what was to be painted, noting they had us down for nothing but white paint all around. We had to show them our color choices and our copy of the contract, which was completely different than theirs. Once we had things straight with the crew, they got the needed colored paint and began the job. As I was checking on the job, I questioned the fact t they were already using a colored paint for the first coat, which I was informed was actually the primer. They stated they color the primer so they only have to use one a coat of paint after that. I continued to monitor their progress, noting they only used 2 coats, 1 primer and 1 regular paint. The job they did looks nice, but needless to say, I am concerned about their failure to remove the oxidation as promised. We were told the job should take approximately 3-4 days for the whole process, adjusting our schedules to be there in case needed and to pay when the job was completed. The power washing took around 1 hour and they painted the entire house in 1 day. When we attempted to pay at the completion, we were informed the job was now $2400.00 dollars more than we agreed upon. This began a back and forth between us, the painting crew, the owner and the salesperson. Every time we spoke to to one of them, they came up with a different excuse for the price hike. It started with the coloring of the paint, which is free when you buy paint. Moved on to somewhere between 3 and 5 coats, noting I watched them apply only 2 coats. There were more, but it's giving me a headache just thinking about it. We informed the company we had a check for the agreed upon amount waiting for them and that we did not agree upon any price hikes at the end. The company did finally come and accept our payment, I hope this is the end . The crew did a nice job, excluding the oxidation issue, and I would recommend them, but the company, NO! They don't have an office, working entirely from their homes and phones. The communication or lack there of, is atrocious.

Where are good companies nowadays…read more This company was unwilling to meet after hours whenever someone is out of work, which is fine understandable So I arrange to take the day off work when I had a doctors appointment so that the company could come out and provide a quote. Since I had an appointment, they said between 10 and 11 and I said 10 AM then called the office and spoke with a female office staff and told her that I had a doctors appointment so it would have to be 10 and she agreed this would not be an issue. Then when they did not show up at 10 o'clock, I called the office and spoke to the female office staff and she said she would try to call Cody. She called me back and let me know if she could not reach Cody by phone or text. Then at almost an hour late I tried calling again and they sent me this text Completely inconsiderate, considering someone took the whole day off work and they couldn't even notify you and just no-show when they clearly made an error which things happen but to just not show up is completely appalling Edit: yes unprofessional and unpleasant from the start from your end. Especially when your office staff is trying to reach you to communicate and find out an estimated time of arrival due to your customers having other appointments and you not responding to calls or text. So instead of making it right or communicating professionally, you just decide not to show up and waste someone's time when their time is valuable until I followed up. I did not get any response from you, which speaks a lot about you as a person and a business owner.
