I first came here a while back in pursuit of a USDA Prime steak. They routinely carry both Prime and certified Angus ribeyes and strips as well as other cuts of beef, poultry, and salmon. I have only had the steaks, and they are outstanding. The other cuts of meat appear to be of the highest quality. I have also tried their smoked salmon dip, which is excellent, and their chicken salad, which has boldly flavored chicken (grilled?) and is as good as any you will find anywhere. They also have an astounding array of refrigerated or frozen take-and-bake meals. I've not had any of them, but they look fabulous. So if you're looking for something to grill or a prepared meal for you and your family because you're sick of cooking during this time of stay home/isolate/quarantine, I would highly recommend Gate City Butcher Shoppe. The other week while picking up some meat Heinz's ketchup 3 for 5.50.
