About 20 years ago they started to work on it. It is not owned by Helms. It is now an upper class shopping area with about 5 or 6 eateries, some great, some not. The place is super nice to walk and just go through the furniture stores and look for a restaurant you might want to try. We love the Father's Office. They have great sandwiches and burgers. They really are like a beer bar with lots of craft beers on tap. They have a lighting store which is wonderful, but expensive as are all the furniture stores. But you can get things here you will not find elsewhere. It is pet friendly. The service at at all the places we have been to is great. Everyone is friendly and knows their business and what they have in stock. Parkin is in their lot and is free. Have fun.

A few days after calling, Patrick showed up at our door and left a few hours later with the shades completely working. He was nice and helpful, showing me how to program the remote for custom operation. My only complaint is they overcharged on the batteries they needed to be replaced in the unit - a cost of almost 3 times the amazon price. But I didn't have a ladder to do it myself and was tired of not being able to open the shades so I agreed to the price. But other than that, it was a great experience and I'd use them again.

Meanwhile, they LOST the throw pillows for several weeks and had no idea what happened with the order. Then, they NEVER REMADE the cushions. After months of going back and forth with no one knowing anything about the repair, they told us they were going out of business and cut off communication. I sent letters to their manager and CEO and got no response. Now, almost a year later, I come to find that they're still in business. I will be reporting them to consumer protection and the better business bureau.
