One of the best customer service experiences I've had! I ordered a DVD organizer for my partner's birthday gift. I ordered with 2-day FedEx shipping so it would arrive with time to spare. Unfortunately the order took longer because FedEx botched the delivery process (long-story short I ended up having to pay an additional fee to USPS). I emailed Gallery Leather and they responded the next day. Not only did they refund me the $10 FedEx shipping fee that I paid them, but they also reimbursed me for the extra charge I had to pay USPS. I've been buying the leather desk journal from Gallery Leather for years and love the classy look, solid feel, and durability. I've carried these leather journals EVERYWHERE that I've traveled. A few years ago the journals became hard to find and, with only a few left, I hunted around for a second source but never found anything I liked. Amazing products and customer service! I ordered two photo albums, and wanted a custom embossing on one of them, but wasn't sure how that would look. I reached out to the company and they replied within minutes, explaining everything and making sure they got my order right. Everything was shipped and delivered quickly, even though it does state on the website that personalized items take longer. I got two compact photo albums, in ivory for a wedding album (the one with the embossing) and another color for other pictures. Both look and feel great, solid quality on the albums and inserts (I was looking for a good looking refillable album for a while, and this exceeded my expectations). Will definitely get more inserts if I print more pictures, as well as possibly some more albums. Great coffee table item or gift. Definitely recommend Gallery Leather! read more
