I went in with a design in mind and Frances perfectly created on paper exactly what I envisioned and described. Aaron then created the ring perfectly! It's so beautiful, and I love it!! Everyone there is so sweet, so very good at what they do, they take the time needed to get things just right from design to finished product, and the cost is very reasonable, imo.
