They had so much fun and seeing the joy on their faces for being invited to this special day for them meant so much! As a volunteer, it meant a lot to my husband and to me. They were continually thanked for their service and we all received many hugs of appreciation when they were leaving. Her auctions are also fun! We asked them if they could give us another temporary plates to be able to drive the vehicle and they said they couldn't do that. Contacted them again in June, turns out the company FAILED to let us know there were $300 pending for taxes. Paid them and then they claimed the paperwork was finally going to be sent to Austin DMV. We called multiple times from then and emailed. They don't respond to emails anymore, when we call they place us on hold or just hang up. The one Time we got through we had a snobby lady cut us short and told us to simply wait. It's now august 22nd and zero communication from this company or any legal paperwork to be able to drive this vehicle. They don't answer their calls, emails so I put a report through Texas state licensing. I don't know if the vehicle that was sold to us is even legal at this point. We are six months in and nothing !!! It's unheard off.
