But there is literally no rhyme or reason to what they will take from a consigner. Their racks are filled with old dingy clothing and yet you take something that's nicer than just about anything on the shelves and they tell you it's outdated/not current. They tell you they don't take certain brands, yet you see those brands hanging on the racks. Literally. It's been happening for years, but then there'll be a spell where it won't...so I kept going back periodically. Pretty done. Zero consistency. Unfriendly employees. Shop elsewhere.

I have to say that their selection in clothes is awesome, not once have I been disappointed with my purchased items. What I was disappointed with todays visit 7/25/23 was the Customer Service lady that was at the Cash register who was on her phone the whole time she was cashing out the people in line, me and my daughters being some of those customers. She did not greet or even make eye contact with us at all nor attempted to converse with us. Her telephone conversation seemed to be what was most important to her at the time, in our opinion not tending or conversing with your customers while they are in front of you is plain and simply rude and annoying. Employees should not be talking on their telephones while customers are in their presences and doing business.
