One of my favorite parts is when their resident mascot, Champ (the most well behaved service and therapy dog you'll ever meet), greets me!! This is the first experience where I have felt my stylist genuinely cared about what I was hoping for. I have very fine hair as well as have used boxed dye in the past so my hair was dry/damaged as well as had a reddish tint to it that I hated. Kelsey was able to not only remove the reddish tint but also color it to be a beautiful brown with light brown/golden highlight(and cover up the stubborn greys that were coming through!). She was also able to cut/style it to just what I envisioned! It looks and feels so healthy. Everything from her really listening to what I was hoping for, to the friendly conversation, cup of coffee, to the amazing scap massage during the hair wash, I highly recommend booking an appointment at Vaia with one of their talented stylists

The salon is much quieter than other salons I've been to. It's also not super dark like others. Just in general, this salon is nice if you have sensory problems. I also don't feel pressured to chat the whole time if I'm not feeling up to it and just want a hair cut.
