This marina is quite lovely, with the slips set up in a pattern to accommodate boats of various sizes. There is ample parking and a restaurant on site. I dug that there was signage and obvious lanes to navigate in and out of this marina. The person whose boat I was on spoke highly of this place and seemed pleased to store his boat here. That's all I got!

They are run down and evidently they intend to make no improvements to them. The lack of upkeep over the 12 years I've used the marina combined with the other reviews over the past few years where it sounds like they're sending people out on boats that aren't water worthy and then accusing them of breaking them? More than one review like this. The parking is much expanded & all paved now but non-slip renters or boat club owners still park up the hill a bit, especially on holidays or nice weekend days. Management is not the greatest, doesn't respond to most maintenance requests, and most recently they reneged on a written agreement with me that cost me over $300. They know they can do whatever they want though, because 1) there are idiots lined up to take your spot, should you choose to leave your slip, and 2) every other marina in the area is just as "nice."

There are some good additions to the marina but Safe Harbor LLC was bought out by Blackstone. If…read moreyou know about Blackstone then you know this is not a good thing. As soon as new management took over things on the employee side of this marina started going downhill fast. If you don't kiss corporate backside then good luck. They take care of the docks and slips and are very friendly to you. I like the extra security of all the docks being locked up. Located in Hendersonville on Old Hickory Lake, Creekwood allows you to easily get onto and around the lake from its location. There's plenty of parking for you and friends if you want to spend a day on the water. Slips can be pricey, but that's kind of part of owning a boat. And you see all different kinds of boats at Creekwood, from small fishing boats to huge houseboats. And there's a place to gas up right at the end of the docks before heading out for the day. It's location protects you from really choppy waters and there are plenty of little inlets to anchoring your boat and floating that are very close to the marina itself. Also, side note, there's a gas station right across the street if you run out of beer. I have always enjoyed my time and Creekwood and my friends who have slips here have been pleased as well. If you are interested in docking here give them a call. Also, they are part of the Nashville Boat Club, in case you want to take one of their boats out as a member...they have reasonable hours for those as well. I would recommend this place to seasoned or new boaters.

I took the car to a local dealership to trade it in. They refuse to take it because the car has been in TWO accidents. Again Gallatin Honda never gave us the car fax. I went yesterday to the service department at Gallatin Honda for a nail in my tire. They needed to replace the tire but I declined. I took the car to tire discounters today.
