We email the owner and he gets back to us 4 hours later saying that all of his employees are out sick. He will email us back when they are back in. He never emailed us back. Only having a few days there in the Poconos we call back the next day and the young lady says that they do buy back guns depending on the guns but she is only there for a half an hour more and that no one was there to relieve her so we can't bring it in that day and we would have to wait until the next day to see Rich. This is the same woman that made the appointment for 1-1:30 the next day. This is a poorly run establishment that makes appointments with you and doesn't keep them, make sure to call the morning of and the 5 minutes before leaving to make sure they are there. After the court case was settled at the same time I was going through a divorce and moved to Texas . It took approximately 2 years for me to recover financially. I called him and had part of the guns shipped to me it would take 3 shipment to retrieve all my weapons. The pistols were returned beautifully I am guessing because they were shipped with no magazines but the revolvers most of them looked like rage guns and 1 was broken 90% of the revolvers were new and some of them were high dollar and took years to hunt down as an example I hunted for a 351pd s&w 22 mag revolver and it cost almost 800$ at the time I purchased the weapon I never fired it now I don't even want it based on it condition. I am very thankful that he kept my weapons so long and would rather pay a storage fee instead of my weapons being returned used
