Both of my appointments were started 30 min later than the actual appt. I was there 2 weeks ago and was supposed to have 2 procedures back to back and had to take off work and b/c of them running behind, only received 1 service and had to take off work again to come back and was sitting in the waiting room 30 min past my appt. time, VERY UPSET!!!!!!!!! The dental staff told me there is a new office system to try and get everyone in but there should'nt be a patient not taken on time or close to it so that others are then pushed back after they take off work. Everyone's time is just as valuable as the next person. I love the dental team but just wish whoever is doing these new appointments would go back to the old way of making the patients happy and on time for their next part of the day.

Given my trigeminal neuralgia pain on the left side of my face, this procedure was selected for the lack of needle/numbing and to limit further pain to my gums/face, in order to remove the early onset decay to the right side of my lower choppers. To be honest, I did not trust this procedure as I had not heard of it and I was skeptical because this was my first time with Dr Kuhn (I normally see Dr Gallagher). By the way, even though Dr Gallagher did not perform the procedure, he found the time to stop by and say hello. The staff is as always, very professional, extremely personable and the dentists are very knowledgeable and very competent. Please be sure to complete the brief form, sent in text BEFORE arriving at the office. I am happy to endorse their practice and patient relations as it pertains to adding a smile to your day. According to their office staff, if you need to cancel an appointment you need to give 24 hours notice. Part of my household came down with covid. We found out on a Friday and we had an appointment at Gallagher's on Monday. I called on Friday, they close early on Friday, I left a message, I have a copy of the message. I have the covid tests for proof. I was charged 240.00 dollars for the appointment. I wrote a letter with documentation. Have been sent, at least, 6 bills. I will be paying but my family will be looking for other dentists. Super sad and in Carroll Magazine they say they are family oriented. :(

I went in as I had an issue where previous work had been done some years earlier. Ultimately, I was going to need a crown. They placed the temporary and painstakingly did all that needed to be done to have the permanent one created. Afterwich, they said that the new crown should be in in two weeks. I went to the front to be scheduled for the next appointment and they advised me that it would be in about a month. Not terribly happy with that, but what are you going to so. Fast forward, I arrived early for my Thursday appointment, only to be told that it had been canceled. I was never notified! They did claim that they called, left a message and sent a text message...but clearly none of this was actually true. I asked why my appointment was canceled and the scheduling person would only say "that is not important now and we just need to get you rescheduled". I rescheduled for the next Tuesday and left. While walking to my truck I called and asked to speak to the office manager as the staff refused to answer any of my questions. I was immediately sent to voicemail and left a message asking for them to give me a call. As expected THEY NEVER CALLED. Since the office manager finds it acceptable to ignore messages I understand why the staff feels that it is ok to act in the manner that they do. I arrived on Tuesday pm for my appointment (not canceled this time) and had the expected great experience in the back. They did a fantastic job and I can not say enough kind things about the care that I received. Once done I went into the waiting room to be "checked out". I watched the staff behind the desk just standing around talking with each other. No other PT's were coming in or out either. I was also watching outside as a massive thunderstorm was looming. As it got dark and started to rain I simply left after waiting 15+ minutes. As expected, I have still not received a call. They did however send me an automated message in reference to my visit, sent a link and asked me to review them online. So here I am.

Went against my better judgement and tried this place. On my first session there, they only did…read morex-rays and no cleaning. The dentist took one look at the x-rays and listed off a number of things I "absolutely needed" to get done, totaling over $6k with insurance. I decided to forgo most of it and make an appointment for a crown (one of the items she listed). I came in for my 8 am appointment, sat for 1.5 hrs, and left when they told me I would need to wait another 30 mins. Did they expect me to sit there all day? When I called back to reschedule (again against my better judgement), the receptionist was APPALLED that I only had available dates a few weeks out, urging me to come in ASAP. Ironic, when I already tried to get in and have the work done. I went back for my rescheduled 8 am appointment today. I arrived 15 minutes early, hoping that would put me first on the list to be called back as it's obvious they make 5+ appointments for each slotted time. 40 minutes goes by and I asked the receptionist when I can expect to be called back. She told me the dentist does not arrive until 9 am. Why would they schedule me for an 8 am appointment??? I left and will not be returning.
