Made me pay for a expensive X-ray I didn't need according to my other dentist. They also said I was for sure getting a root canal, then when came time to do it they said it wasn't even that deep and gave me a filling... Stressed me out for nothing!

My dentist Andy although from Mississippi is both a New England Patriots fan and a HUGE Red Sox fan who attends games at Fenway!! Now if that wasn't enough to make him awesome he's actually a big fan of Veterans and he's really excellent at being a dentist but even more than that he's a considerate person who explains everything in layman terms with analogies and actually listens to his parents. I say that makes him one of the truly good ones, and my wife has been his patient for some time now and she's a big fan and her dental health has never been better. I got some extensive exams and workups done but unfortunately, it was not completed before moving. Here's the coolest thing, my new cool dentist is the bomb and believe it or not he is also a HUGE new England Patriots fan, what are the odds? :-) Bottom line: This is a pleasant and efficient dental office with a nice and professional staff. Additionally, He helped my grandson out today with a complicated problem. Dr. Jason's diagnostic quickness and ease with my grandson was impressive! The plan of care was comprehensive, while the presentation was calming. My last dentist was also exceptional. When he retired to go on to be a professor at UT dental; I thought I would never have a dentist with the same level of dental acumen. Dr. Jason possesses at least the same level of dental excellence/skills/care. Dr. Jason has exceeded all my expectations. I cannot covey how thankful, I am for his contributions to the wellbeing of myself and my family. I wish I could give him 10 stars! Thank you, Dr. Jason Glick! You are a one in a million.

I questioned an estimate that didn't align with my insurance benefits and they kept explaining to me why they were correct rather than having a conversation. After I requested it, they reluctantly agreed to a preauth. They were about $60 off and I was about $2 off from what the preauth came back as. They never contacted me with the information had to get it from Aetna. This didn't surprise me, as they made a whole production and were wrong. I sent a letter to the dentist asking if he wanted me to come back or not, because I did not want trouble at the office. What I received back was a noncommittal letter back that billing is hard and some other nonsense that didn't address the question. At this point I had no intention of going back. On august 8, I received the letter I had expected, terminating the relationship. They are required by law to send this, so it was totally fine. I actually already went to a different dentist. However it is worth sharing that the letter said, there were a couple of instances where I complained about my coverage and have complained about their fee. To be clear, I had only been once before, for a cleaning, which was mostly covered, outside of a few dollars. Also, I didn't think their fees were unreasonable, they were pretty normal for an out of network dentist. Finally, I don't know why on earth I would "complain about my coverage" to a provider? The provider has nothing to do with that. This simply didn't happen. Bottom line, they are angry about a negative review without wanting to take ownership of how and why it happened. The main thing for me, (and this is more for the business, because I know they read these,) is my review are the facts of my experience. If I am being untruthful, you have recourse, but I'm not, and we both know that. It is disappointing to have you try and pass accountability. I do have a couple of suggestions. If you are concerned with the quality of the reviews you receive, use them as an opportunity to improve. Alternatively, if it bothers you that much to have a customer describe their experience, turn off reviews. I would have been happy to remove it if someone would have called to have a discussion, but that isn't how you chose to handle it. Hope this review helps anyone who reads.
