He was described as a white male approximately 50 years of age. As he walked around the back of the vehicle he stopped and said, "Oh no, oh no, I ain't no ambulance and I ain't no babysitter. I ain't taking care of you." He then sped off at the emergency area of the hospital with little or no regard for anyone. Mind you, this driver can easily be identified. I soon thereafter called the taxi service and asked to speak with the owner, that I had a complaint to file. The person who answered the phone identified himself as "Steve". (I wonder) He told me that the owner had left earlier in the day and began to ask me personal information. When I refused to give him such, he hung up on me. Heartbreaking!!!! Despicable!!!! What if it was your disabled daughter, or your disabled mother or disabled grandmother!!!! What would do???? Or better yet, what wouldn't you do???? One thing for sure, I will do everything possible to see that this company be held responsible for this cruel and inhumane treatment that they bestow upon others..........

Sadly, the start of my vacation was spent standing in the road at the Newark airport drop-off, arguing for ten minutes on the phone with the business owner. He attempted to compromise, but it wasn't enough. A week before my trip, I emailed the owner for a clarification of their charge, asking, "do you collect half each way?"
