This is noteworthy, as we had been a customer of the same service from 1991 to 2014 - when Leros, the heavyweight in the local market, and the acquirer of L&J Limo in 2010 definitively demonstrated they could not care less about their customers. Back to Harrison. They have made reservation a snap, offering on line, a smartphone app or traditional call in options. Unlike that other big company service that has zero personality and is focused on completing the reservation in the fewest seconds possible, with Harrison you can enjoy a brief conversation with another human. The Town cars are clean, smoke free and on time for pickups at our home, and they keep in constant touch throughout dispatch of driver, arrival on site AND a pic, name and phone contact direct to the driver. Unlike Leros, they charge for actual tolls rather than the maximum possible, there is no fuel surcharge, and while pricing is high compared to your local "taxi" service, we are totally pleased with the people and the process.

When I say it is the worst experience I've ever had, I'm not exaggerating. Most of the positive reviews are fake, astroturfing from friends and family in Stamford, something I should have looked at more closely before booking. I booked them to pick up my son at JFK and bring him to Stamford, CT for a wedding, and for a return trip. I booked on 10/3 for trips on 10/6 and 10/8. The trip from the airport was mostly uneventful, it took a long time but that's the nature of pool travel sometimes, waiting for someone else to get to the car from their flight. The return trip to JFK airport however, was an unmitigated disaster. On 10/04 the departure time of 6:30am on 10/8 at the hotel was confirmed. On Saturday 10/7, the day of the wedding, it was reconfirmed again in the morning and we thought we were all set and enjoyed the wedding. Then, while we were attending a wedding, another unclear email came in late in the day that we did not see, moving the pick up time up about an hour, with no phone or text follow up to confirm although they had our mobile number, just an email we didn't read because we are now already at the event and had already confirmed twice. This was one of a total of fourteen emails for a round trip to JFK, fourteen completely unclear emails! The driver, Cesar, then called once the next morning, at 5:30am, a full hour before the scheduled pick up while my son was in the shower, and then just left without him. The next email, at 7:52am, was a payment receipt from this dishonest business for a ride my son wasn't on. I called, and only received a refund when I told them I would have my credit card refund the charge regardless. The representatives of this company were beyond rude in every interaction, and left me scrambling to get my son a ride to the airport on time. Do not use this outfit under any circumstance, you have been warned.

Marco arrived to the airport before 10:30 and was ready for us when we surprisingly arrived early and exited to passenger pickup just before 10:30. Marco was fantastic, professional and super friendly. The drive was smooth, the pick-up vehicle was beautiful, clean, and Marco even had water for us. We could not have been happier with our experience and will definitely book again in the future!

Several incompetent drivers cut him off because THEY waited to the last moment to merge into the right traveling lane. With his excellent driving skills the rest of the passengers never even knew what was happening. His use of the GPS rerouted us a few times to avoid traffic jams that could be seen extending off to the horizon; getting us to and from the casino on time. There were even entertainment on the bus, enhancing the ride. And the bathroom was clean and smelled pleasant.
