Came in at 5:00, was told to sit in chair 3, walked to 3 o my to be told to sit somewhere else. Filled the tub and the woman started working on someone else. I tell her the water is getting cold and she replies she doesn't do pedicures. Why change my seat then only for someone else to sit where I was directed to go first and someone else sits in booth 3 and goes before me. It's now 5:30. I really need to find a good spot to go. My visit was good. Pretty clean, pleasing to the eye, convenient location, late time frame for last minute service and probably the reason for the crowd. Not relaxing at all. For some reason my chair would not completely recline. First time visit with a friend who goes often. I only received a pedicure, so I can not speak on any other services. my husband bought me a gift certificate in 2020 right before covid hit. I went in today 3/26/23 and they said the gift certificate is expired. there is not an expiration date on the certificate and there shouldn't be one. I understand it was bought 3 years ago but since there is not an expiration date is should still be upheld. the "manager" pointed at the date that was written in marker (this was the purchase date) and she said I didn't write that there. when I asked her if she was suggesting if I wrote it in there she said "no, I'm just saying I didn't write it". once I got home my husband said he purchased it directly from the male owner. my advice don't use hand written gift certificates. honor your gift certificates and if for some reason you are paranoid about the validity of your certificates just dont offer them. you have now stolen money from us by not honoring this $65 gift certificate that my husband purchased for my birthday. I had a horrible experience here. The first time I went they were extremely rude. I brought in a reference photo & said I was not picky with the color as long as it was close enough. They belittled me because I didn't know the exact color I wanted & the owner just painted on a random color & said it was "good enough." Mistakenly I went back after a nail broke & I needed it to be fixed. Again, they belittled me for not knowing the "exact 3 digit number" of my color I had previously gotten when I was never informed of it to begin with. I have given this place too many chances (had my 4th disappointing visit last week) and when I saw the reviews and ratings today, I decided to come on here to tell you they are all true. This place is nothing but a waste of your money because they have zero concern for providing you with a decent product/service that you are paying for. I was charged $55 for a dip manicure recently without having my hands soaked before the manicure NOR after getting my gel polish removed, my cuticles were almost skipped (I had to tell her how to do her job) so for revenge she cut them on dry, dusty skin. Additionally, my nails were filed completely uneven and the lady didn't even bother to clean the left over debris under my nails! Let's not mention the fact that she also didn't use sanitized tools and had probably serviced thirty pairs of hands that day. Worst part is, every time I look down at my nails, I feel so upset that I overpaid for an awful service and even left a tip to someone who showed zero regard for what I wanted. I also want to make it clear that I'm not a secret, passive-aggressive review writer. When I went to pay for this experience, I clearly told her that I wasn't happy with my nails and the service to which she replied that she gave me $5off Why I went back so many times you ask? Came for a fill a week ago with slight lifting on two nails which the technician did not patch. Came back yesterday to get another fill hoping to solve the problem and woke up this morning with half of two nails lifted! When I called about it I spoke to someone who said come in to get it fixed. Tell me why they're trying to charge $14 to fix what I had done YESTERDAY. Telling me that it's normal and that the acrylic is "old" and needs to be replaced and is dirty when it was actually left over polish they never removed. Acrylic can only be so old if your nail grows and you trim them! The only reason I would need a whole 2 nails replaced is if the initial acrylic application was rushed and shoddy WHICH IT WAS. I just left without letting her repair. Will not come back. Update: my nail turned green so. read more

She attempted to argue with me, and dismiss my complaints until she noticed the mistakes herself. When the electric nail-file, went around my entire finger, I was done. I got SNS and the color was very blotchy. I expressed this to the nail tech and he explained some of the colors aren't blended well. The surface is not smooth at all and I have polish on my skin. I went on a Thursday afternoon, they were pretty busy but had plenty of techs and took me right in. I had the basic pedicure and it was very nice, nothing crazy but relaxing. The pedicure bowl was lined with a plastic blue bag which I assume was for sanitation purposes and it was thrown away after each individual use. The bowl was still cleaned after the bag was removed. My feet still feel a bit rough maybe they need more love? My nail color is great. I did the dipping powder and so far I am satisfied. We will see how it holds up. I'd like to give this place a second chance for the pedicure and I will be back for my nails. read more

I really like my nails I do but they aren't a $40 set worth it. Just a heads up to anyone that wants a full set with gel it's $45!!!!! Even though I got a short almond shape no extra designs nothing! I made a comment saying there prices went up and the guy says "no it hasn't" but I always save my receipts and it definitely has. I use to pay $35 for a full set not $45. However, I was greeted when I entered this morning and sat at Henry's table. Henry was a breath of fresh air. My toe polish and design was beautiful and he did just whatever I asked for my nails.
