And to my surprise there crew showed up everyday at 7am , the crew Mikey & Ivan and the 2 dudes were amazing they did a fantastic job, we are soooo pleased , BUT after 1 month of seeing the Milano crew, and eating lunch and sharing laughs, truth be told we miss them!!! I recommended this company to everybody!!! We are looking forward to our next project together!! Keep up the great work! Team FORMAGGIO will miss you all!

They were the company that Costco recommends in my area, so I knew that they had already been properly vetted. From my very first conversation with Milano they were generous with their time, answered all my questions, sent me images of quartz designs that I may like, etc. And they eventually sent me a quote without my even having to go to their showroom. I called back often changing my mind on the quartz style and they were always very patient and helpful. We eventually went to their showroom and chose a stunning new quartz product called GeoLuxe. In order to get an idea of pricing, I called a few other distributors/fabricators who sell this same item and they all came in at more than double the price of Milano. I kid you not. When Rocco came to my apt to measure, he offered smart and practical suggestions as to how to get around problem areas near my window, as well as the different thicknesses of the kitchen cabinets and panels. He was a real pro. Milano cut the stone, delivered it to us and did a brilliant job on the installation... all within 2 weeks of our giving the deposit. It was all so seamless. I wish every vendor I dealt with for my apt renovation were as competent, professional and meticulous as Milano.

My husband and I moved into our new…read morehome in September (and old fixer upper).Joe was hired to finish my basement and remodel my upstairs bathroom. Along with new siding and work to the roof. This experience has been nothing short of horrible!!. The beginning months of construction started off smooth then it became a mess. Issues arose on this job when workers were not listening or uninformed from Joe about specific requests or concerns f. We noticed the workers were not listening to needs, mistakes were made. For instance, they forgot to pitch my new shower and had to redue the bathroom floor. Joe appeared to want to remedy the mistakes then his true nature came out. Joe began asking that the full payment for this large job be paid completely. Since some much works still needed to be complete we agreed a partial payment was satisfactory and the rest to be paid at the end of the completed project. Joe was paid and then went on it became no shows and unreturned phone calls. He left my new bathroom with spots along the flooring without grout , put in a heating system that was too small to heat the size bathroom therefore rendering the heat useless. (50sq ft heater for 200sq ft bathroom) his workers cracked my hardwood floor when putting in the new bathroom door and they left the molding outside the bathroom half falling off and cracked. . The last time Joe or his workers were actually at my home doing work was months ago and since then he had stopped returning calls. I was finally able to contact him today and ask that he come to discuss all the issues that arose in this job. He was disrespectful and argumentative and stormed away saying it could be taken up with a lawyer. Something I have all plans of doing now at this point. I would caution against using V & R construction and working with Joe. I am now left with a bathroom with no heat, and several mistakes. My basement is completely unusable he left it without plumbing and incomplete job. a complete mess. My siding is also incomplete and left without gutters on some parts of the roof. I am so regretful that I hired V&R and worked with Joe. He is untrustworthy, does not listen and obviously does not take pride in his work. Beware and find someone else. I have attached pictures so you can see for yourself the mess that V&R left.

BUYER BEWARE!! Get EVERYTHING in writing -- this company will not protect you from costly mistakes…read more I am extremely disappointed with my experience with RS Marble & Granite and would strongly warn anyone considering using them. I purchased an MSI quartz countertop after visiting the MSI showroom and selecting the exact sample I wanted. Their contract does state that some variation from samples is expected, and I understood that. However, the slab that was installed is dramatically darker with far heavier veining -- not a minor difference, but something that looks like a completely different color. I will be including photos so others can judge for themselves. I could have requested slab approval, but I didn't believe it was necessary based on their reputation, the product I selected, and the fact that it was never required or emphasized. RS Marble & Granite came to measure and later called to "confirm" details. During that call, their representative recommended installing my sink as an undermount and said an additional hole for a water filter could be cut on site. On installation day: * The countertop was not cut for an undermount sink * They refused to cut the additional hole they had said could be done on site * The leftover cutout pieces I requested were not brought at all They later reimbursed me $250 for these mistakes, but this was before I fully realized how severely the installed slab differed in color and veining from what I selected. After all this, I was told nothing further could be done because the changes were not in writing. This is the real issue: they are the professionals, yet there is no slab approval process, no system to document changes they themselves suggest, and no protection for the customer. My advice: Stay away from this company. If it's already too late and you are working with them, make absolutely sure every single detail you think you're getting is in writing -- or you may end up paying a lot of money for something you never truly agreed to.
