Do not recommend this place to anyone. They do not believe women when they talk about the symptoms…read morethey are having. I have been having issues that I have noticed for at least a year. Feeling dizzy, sitting up getting dizzy, standing getting really dizzy, and almost passing out or passing out. I am on heart medication that my primary doctor prescribed me because my heart rate was over 100 beats a min. She told me we have to slow your heart down. It's a sign of pots. Well, Dr. Berg flat-out told me during my table tilt test that if I don't pass out, it's not pots. When I pointed out that not all people pass out from POTS, he told me he was the doctor, and he would decide if I have POTS or not. I was not going to go back to them, but everything has been getting worse. I saw Erin Smith, who was just as dismissive as Dr. Berg. She said that all my labs and stuff came back normal, and my heart EKG looks good, so it sounds neurological. Have I seen a neurologist? And when I pointed out that all my symptoms point to POTS, she just said she would stick a heart monitor on me for a couple of days. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. If you want to waste your money, go there, but I would get a referral to a different office out of the area.

Hate giving a low rating as there were some great people but over the last month both myself and a…read morefamily member had the unfortunate experience of being patients in the ER. ER felt like a walmart self check out where treatment is occurring in an uncomfortable (chairs are uncomfortable) and not private waiting room. It should not take hours to get a gurney in the ER. Was in waiting room for five and a half hours. Was told I would be admitted and that a bed was available to finally get that bed 10 hours later. ER Doc Dr Din was great. Wish I could say nursing staff was great. Was never given a call button and had to climb out of gurney with raised rails to reach call button to then wait 50 minutes for someone to come. Not good when you need to use restroom and you are connected to monitors and IV. This was common as man next to me had no call button and was screaming and cursing as he wet himself. Once, on floor rooms were spacious and beautiful nursing staff were great. Food Service not great and realize hospital food is not good but spent most meals trying to address incorrect food allergy that I did not have. Hospital Docs are a mixed bag...some are good while others should be looking for another job. Cannot recommend this hospital as when it comes to your health it is not about the beautiful room or new facility but the care and expertise of the staff that are treating you. I sure do miss St E's For handicapped visitor's it is challenging .... Not sure why they have EV spots upfront that should be for handicapped. Yes they have valet parking but no bench to sit and wait as it can take 20 to 30 minutes to get your car. Metal Detectors are difficult to navigate when your mobility is challenged and to exit having to take additional steps to exit is difficult as well.

The ER may have saved my life. They all worked hard and kept good data records. But Wynn needs to…read moreHIRE more medical staff so the POST-ER care can come together.

I use to go to this guy. In the entire time going there I only say him once, as far as I can…read moreremember. Most all of my interactions were with his nurse. The nurse did all of the work with me. I doubt I would recognize this guy if I saw him since he was not hands on with me. I had to have a test done and they scheduled me to go in to get the results. I go in, they tell me, "the results were fine. Thank you. Goodbye" So they charge me $50 just to tell me that everything is fine so I am thinking why didn't they just tell me on the phone and not gouge me for $50? I felt I was ripped off. So I contact his billing woman and tell her I don't appreciate being charged, you could have told me on the phone and she gets all butt hurt and complains and the doctor sends me a letter that he's banning me from his practice. What a joke. Like I almost care. The conversation with the billing woman was respectful but apparently you are not allowed to voice any concerns. I guess they think it's Russia or Nazi Germany and the slightest concern voiced is cause to ban people! So the billing woman told me that I saw a doctor when I was there and that is what they are charging me the $50 for! I go whaaaaaaaatt?????? Oh yea, I was walking down the hall and saw one of the doctors and spoke to him for a minute or two and so they said that is what I was being charged for. Here's the thing though, that particular doctor, (not Nassif but some staff doctor nobody even ever told me about) had done a test a week or so before, told me everything was fine and I was almost out the door when he comes running after me and catches me and tells me he saw something and I need to have the other test done. I don't remember all of the particulars as this was some years ago. So afterwards, I find out there was a bunch of stuff that doctor should have told me but didn't! The conversation with him in the hallway when I went back to get the test results, were things he should have told me when I was there the fist time, but didn't. In my opinion, avoid this practice totally!
