Then emails take days to be responded. My overall frustration grew when I would arrive home one day to see the lumber order from them completely in the middle of my driveway. Not a simple call ahead was given to give us time to prepare or instructions on where to leave the material. I called Tim Hernandez the representative who was helping me and he was not helpful and told me I will have to figure it out on my own. Brian the manager was just as unreliable and is simply one of the worst persons I've encountered in dealing with a customer. I really hope all contractors and even normal customers looking to get lumber and truss is from this company see this review and stay away. The inconvenience of dealing with a company like this is not worth it. Do yourself a favor and contact another truss company in town because where's dixieline you're going to suffer.
