Dr. Gobivenkata Balaji has been a true blessing to our family…read more My 89-year-old mother has several serious health conditions, and he took the time to really understand her full situation. He carefully reviewed her medications, identified ones that were working against her, and even coordinated directly with her specialists to improve her care. Just as important, his bedside manner is exceptional--he is patient, kind, and truly listens, which means so much to both my mother and our family. His staff was always very professional and compassionate. We are incredibly grateful and highly recommend Dr. Balaji to anyone looking for a doctor who genuinely cares.

He was then rescheduled for an appointment 10 days later. Second, during the rescheduled visit, the doctor kept us waiting for another two hours. Instead of responding respectfully, the doctor replied, "You have two options in two minutes: You stay or you leave. I'm going to get some water. Naturally, we decided to leave.

I brought all my medical records from my previous physicians as well as neurologist to review. In addition to needing a new primary, I also had a simple one page form for my long-term disability company to fill out. It was just list my diagnosis and or prognosis. However, Dr. Mohsen Kheradpezhouh refused to even see me! I've never heard of this in my life. My friend is a retired Doctor and he thinks that it's absurd but also unethical to hear about a physician to behave in such a manner. He states that this one of the reasons why he retired because of insurance companies and other physicians like this! So in other words, if you are currently disabled or elderly, do not go to this practice, you'll not receive any medical care, so why would you want a doctor in the first place. I apologize for such a long review, but people need to know about the state of medical care in this country and what it has become.

On the call they said they wanted some money from me, around 400$. I asked what it was about and the person told me to wait and transferred to someone. Another person picked up, I explained what had just happened and said I didn't know what this was about and why the other person had transferred. This is the answer I've got: "Because I am the Boss! " At that point I said " OK, you may be her boss but not my boss." Can you please tell me what this charge is about? I haven't been there is years. Her answer, yelling: "Screw it! I'll send you to collection!" and hung up. Collections for what? They will not even tell me, and I am sure I do not owe them anything. Now, what do I do? Who do I talk to? I am at a loss here. What a terrible place.

I always accompany my husband to his appointments, and Dr. Zabinski takes a moment to ask how I'm doing as well. That kind of personal care and attention is rare and very much appreciated. It's important to note that Dr. Zabinski recently changed offices and now has a wonderful staff who are professional, kind, and efficient. The new office runs smoothly, and the environment feels much more welcoming. Unfortunately, some of the older reviews still reflect issues from his previous office staff, which no longer applies. Based on our recent experiences, Dr. Zabinski and his new team truly deserve recognition for the excellent care and service they now provide. Highly recommend this practice.
