This PLACE IS THE WORST!!! Don't ever waste you time and money. They were recommended by my hotel nearby. I did get a quote from the hotel on what a manicure was going to be. Horrible, stay away. I have done plenty of facials and this was a totally disappointing experience. Claimed the 170 Euros they charged me was because of supposedly expensive products. Lol. What a rip off. 170 Euros for a 45 minute facial. I have had way better facials for way less money. It wasn't even relaxing. I only wish I could give them zero stars. Talk about a tourist trap and not just because of the price. It was the worst facial I had ever had in my life. My hair was RIPPED out my the man responsible for washing hair, the woman who did my pedicure cut me 3 times and left my nails smudgy. I was instructed to sit in a plastic chair while the pedicurist sat on the floor. read more

this is a wonderful spa in the heart of florence. i like to go there to get massages, facial treatments and to feel pampered. they also have a solarium in case you are in florence in winter and want to keep up your tan. they use very high end products, carefully selected. they offer a wide variety of treatments, and have new and advanced equipment. denise is my to go to person, she is so lovely and generous and also very competent. i have learned a lot from her during my treatements. there is a hairdresser attached for convenience, but i did not try that service. read more
