I have been a fan of Dr Jones, since watching him on the tv show, Atlanta Plastic! I have followed him and watched his phenomenal work on Instagram for years, hoping to one day be a patient. From the first zoom consultation Dr. Jones was charismatic, personable, and very humorous, yet extremely professional which put me at ease. I knew I had chosen the Wright doctor, excuse the pun Dr Jones has a wonderful staff, especially his assistant Ariel, who answered all my questions, day and night. I-underwent a drain-less tummy tuck with muscle repair, and 360 lipo. The results are amazing, yet natural. My belly button is perfect, and my butt looks a lot rounder and bigger since my waist is snatched. At 52 I am amazed at how great my body looks. I get so many compliments. There were questions as to whether or not I would be able to use a prosthetic. I had a nurse tell me about a great reconstructive surgeon that she remembered BT she would have to see if she could find hm. She found him and contacted him to see me in the hospital. After a few minutes and a thorough examination, Dr Yalif told me what he could do. He never candy coated the procedure and explained the risks. Everything he told me happened exactly as he said it would. His revision to my residual limb was so good that I was able to be fitted for a prosthetic which other professionals said would be a hard case. He cared for me for several months post op till he was satisfied I was on my way. I found Dr Yalif to be concerned for me as a person not just a patient. Dr Yalif is a very caring man with an awesome bedside manner! He personally helped me in many areas having to do with the business aspects of my injuries and refered me to the proper physicians when his care was over. I have the highest respect for Dr Yalif and would put my life in his hands any day of the week. I checked on Dr Yalif's credentials and he has an impressive resume. I sat down and spoke with Olivia at the office and she kindly broke down the different types of scars as well as the ramification me receiving the specific type of scar removal treatment they offer. I communicated that the way my scar to begin with was malpractice under people who I received failed tattoo removal as well as failed scar revision laser treatments with previously. They didn't know how to work with my darker skin (skin type 6 - considerably black) and recommended harmful treatment and I'm still living with scars to this day. Anyway, Olivia was fairly comprehensive in her explanation and ultimately told me that to not incur further damage, given the type of high surface area scar that I had, their treatment (surgical incision) would not be appropriate. I completely appreciated this counsel, given that scar revision anywhere is not cheap and it saves us both a lot if time if I wouldn't be satisfied with the results anyway. Also if I had just been told that 8 years ago I wouldn't have these scars to begin with. Rest assure, this place has integrity. If they tell you that you'll need treatment, they actually believe they can fix your problem. Otherwise, they would have just charged me, gave me inferior service, and called it an evening!

Said a few words & asked if I had any questions... her office manager came in and gave me the quote. Price isn't something that I want to be concerned with as this is an important surgery that needs to be treated sooner than later. I initially asked for the cost of just one side that has capsular contracture. Was quoted $6400, no problem. After I left I was curious about the cost of doing both sides since it's been 5 years. I emailed the office manager Gina. She emailed back saying she would get back to me, things were very hectic because they were in the middle of a move. Three months go by... I never heard anything back. I left a 2 star google review due to not only feeling rushed after the first surgery but every single appointment after that. Another reason for this review is due to the extreme lack of professionalism. When I called back the first week of February 2025 to follow up on the quote of doing both sides (due to being ghosted) I was immediately shut down by the office manager due to my 2 star review... is that how an office professional should lead a conversation? I'll leave that up to the reader to decide. Moving on... the office manager Gina proceeded to tell me that she didn't think Dr. Baron wants to do my surgery because of the review I left... the review was honest about feeling rushed time & time again. Neither the doctor nor the office person reached out regarding that review at any point in time. I explained to Gina, the office manager, that I would be happy to delete the review as well as updating it to a positive review once I met with the surgeon so I could have answers to the questions I had regarding the surgery. She agreed to having me come in to meet with Dr Baron. She even told me that she scheduled me for a 45 min consultation to give enough time for my questions. I made the appointment to go over all of the questions I had that weren't answered in the previous appointment due to being rushed. She had the audacity to tell me that Dr Baron felt like she answered all my questions... how can you answer any questions in 5 minutes of an appointment??? I felt like a number instead of a patient. This is not how any plastic surgeon should behave towards any patient, much less a patient returning for a 4th surgery. It is truly appalling to know that I have spent so much money and felt like such a waste of time to this surgeon and her practice. Making informed decisions is crucial when have surgery of any kind. After addressing my concerns on the phone with Gina, she agreed to schedule an appointment for the following week. I asked for the address - She gave me some BS story about how they were still in the process of moving, that they are still in a temporary location and that they could move any day now... mind you it's been 4 months since their "move"began... this was a HUGE red flag. Why be so secretive about the location. I called the office line yesterday, a couple days before my appointment so I could get an address. The front office girl gave me the address without hesitation. Odd right? This gets even worse... the day before my scheduled appointment, I receive an email stating that the surgeon is not going to see me as a patient anymore because of the review that I left. At no point in time did the surgeon ever reach out to me to address my concern. If that doesn't speak volumes about this place, I don't know what else does. I was speechless!! I don't like to leave a negative review but this is totally unacceptable.
