What truly sets them apart is their ability to humanize the situation -- they don't just handle a case, they genuinely understand and feel the impact it has on your life. I have recommended this firm to others and have consistently received positive feedback about their experiences. It has been a pleasure working with Jamie Rosner, Tom Keegan, and their exceptional support staff of paralegals, all of whom are responsive, professional, and a true extension of the legal team. I know many people hesitate to contact an attorney because they worry about the cost, but there are situations where you simply cannot afford not to have one. In my experience, especially working with Christopher Ross, this is the firm you want sitting beside you, not across from you.

I wish I could give this law firm zero stars. This is by far the worst law firm that I have ever…read moredealt with in my life. Tom Keegan, the paralegal Karra, and Janie~the colleague as well as office receptionist are all awful with assisting their clients, as well as being negligent with assisting their clients. They don't listen to their clients, they do what they want to do, as well as ignoring their clients requests. They're very argumentative with their clients in regards to what their clients wants which is very unethical and a cause of legal malpractice. I highly suggest that anyone that may need a lawyer, to find a different attorney. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT let this law firm represent you or handle your cases because they will prolong and drag your case out for months and months at a time, and you'll be waiting over a year to a year and a half just to hear something back from them regarding your case. Once again, I honestly, truly wish I could give this law firm zero stars. My experience was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this firm to anyone seeking reliable legal representation. Throughout my case, there were significant communication issues. My concerns and instructions as a client were repeatedly overlooked, and messages went unanswered for long periods of time. I often had to follow up multiple times just to receive basic information about my case. Instead of feeling supported and represented, I felt dismissed and ignored. Delays were constant, and there was a lack of clarity regarding the progress of my matter. What should have been handled efficiently was drawn out far longer than necessary, leaving me feeling uncertain and stressed. Professionalism and client respect should be a priority in a law office, but unfortunately, that was not reflected in my experience here. BEWARE: PLEASE TAKE CAUTION.... Please, Please, Please, I advised anyone and I strongly recommend that anyone seeking legal counsel consider other options. Clients deserve clear communication, timely updates, and a firm that values their time and concerns; I did not receive that here!! Tom Keegan is a predator, and he will make passes at you if you are an attractive female, and if his advances towards a female are not met, he will find ways to prolong your case until his needs are met. ALL WOMEN, PLEASE BEWARE!!!

Cannot recommend in any capacity. He is incredibly biased in his dealings and opinions, and thus…read morehis counsel suffers greatly and becomes extremely limited if not useless. The attorney does not return calls and useless only available to speak in the unlikely event you happen to stop by his office and he is there. While you can sometimes squeeze a few minutes of his time, he will surely remind you how he took that time spontaneously to discuss the matter, and conveniently forget that countless calls and weeks have passed in which the phone was silent. It's incredibly frustrating for businesses to use the pandemic as an excuse for delays when the time stamps for the court filed documents from this office don't align with their explanation. They try to pass off the blame (on the courts of course) for weeks if not months of inaction, meanwhile, there's other record keeping that could have been conducted during this time, but again, their explanations don't corroborate with the other parties involved and whom I've had contact with directly. If it were up to me, I would never have retained this attorney for the estate of my parents, but my siblings made this decision. Sadly, this attorney has been so deterred by the interpersonal relations between the siblings that he has entirely lost track of the purpose of the will he drafted for my parents... I just wish this office would spend a lot more time on honoring the wishes of parents as stated in their respective wills, instead of the petty and counterproductive demands of select siblings. Communication is poor at best with this office. Even if you try to be optimistic, and are open to hearing the counsel of the attorney, you should't have reciprocal expectations. There have been several times I have listened without interjections or engaging in dialogue, in order to hear him out in his entirety, and also allow a day or two to process his counsel. When following up in discussions, the attorney is not receptive to other opinions regardless of context, and has a 'his way or the highway' approach that often disregards your concerns as a client and more of a reflection at how this office prefers to be purely, as they have even said themselves, 'transactional', and with a one formula fits all approach.

My husband and I requested to review our final draft before submission (if you're reading this, make sure you do the same!) When we received it, there were countless typos & major errors.... wrong ZIP codes, my birthdate incorrect, and even a passport expiration date listed as the issue date, which could have gotten our case denied immediately. Instead of fixing these, we were told, "We're only human, we make mistakes too," and expected to proofread everything ourselves at home, then email them our corrections. After hours of stress, we submitted our revisions.. only to find many were ignored, leading to 5 rounds of back-and-forth revisions. We eventually had to go in person to finalize everything because even the "final" version still had mistakes. Most of the staff were friendly, but the person handling our case seemed impatient, as if we were taking too much of their time. For the price we paid, we shouldn't have had to do their job for them. If you use this firm, triple-check everything yourself. Their mistakes could have cost us everything
