He rarely speaks up to any judge or opposing counsel and accomplishes little to nothing. Unprepared, he would often email the night before detailing a next day court appearance. When I complained, Patrick McCormick started getting involved again but he was not up to date on all details and it was like having new representation. Do not be enticed by lower hourly rates than other mid sized law firms, because they more than make up for it in aggressive billing and a lot of "research and Philosophy" that requires a real looking over!
